This two-bedroom mobile home is in a small summer colony that was established after World War II. It is a charming and quiet retreat for the people who vacation here in the summer. Some families are now third and fourth generation.
The mobile home is a 1951 Starcraft that was completely renovated in 2015 with new framing, insulation, walls, windows, roof, ceilings, flooring, kitchen and bath. The updated mid-century modern style pays homage to it's roots while being very comfortable.
Since we are on Cape Cod, the outside amenities are as important as the inside. There are small but beautiful plantings on the property, a nice sitting and dining deck, and a rustic outdoor lounging patio area with plenty of comfortable seating and a relaxing swing you will fight for.
The park is adjacent to the Wellfleet Audubon property, with outdoor and indoor movie theaters and the largest weekend flea market on Cape Cod only a walk away. Wellfleet beach passes are available at the pier for 4 town beaches and 3 fresh water ponds, making this the ideal vacation spot on Cape Cod!
Wellfleet Center is a short drive away and Provincetown is about 1/2 hour. There are at least 5 golf courses within 1/2 hour drive. The Wellfleet and Orleans areas provide many of the best restaurants on the Outer Cape, many fine art galleries, and plenty of gift shopping. Orleans is a short 15 minute drive for all the essentials.
An outdoor shower is in progress and may be ready this year. Beach chairs and a cooler are provided, as are trash, internet, TV, and heat. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles.
