About the property

The poem is a charming house built in the style of Provence

The Domaine de Sivas offers three independent rural lodgings in the countryside. The Domaine de Sivas is located in a broad valley of the Hautes-Alpes. Surrounded by beautiful mountains covered with wood, Domaine inspires tranquility and beauty. The estate covers about 70 hectares most of which is wooded, but there are also some ravines, forest trails and fields.

The poem is a lovely holiday home built in the Provencal style with lots of private space. The house has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette. Around the house, plenty of space to play, sunbathe or rest.

The living room has patio doors leading to a large wooden terrace, which provides shade during the hot hours of the day. The terrace continues on the other façade, where you could watch the sunset over the mountains. In the living room there is a gas oven, a worktop with double sink, refrigerator and all kitchen accessories required to create sunny meals.

You can heat the room with a wood stove or electric heaters. There is also a table with four chairs. The sofa bed slats (140 x 200) can turn into a sofa during the day.

In the bedroom there are two beds (80 x 190). The flap has a window with views of the mountain from afar.

A cot is available on request.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. He naturally has hot and cold water.

The land around the house is approximately 500 square meters and is suitable for private use. The land is bordered by woods and forest roads. Domaine de Sivas covers circa 70 hectares available for lounging or playing.

This part of France is very sunny (300 days per year), and even in spring and autumn it is good to stay there. And in the winter it is often possible to sit outside. Nearby, two villages can be visited with charming markets. In the region you can go hiking for a day or more. Furthermore, fans of water fun have many opportunities with a river and a lake nearby (10 minutes drive).

Wunderschöne Gegend, absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre, einfache aber funktionelle Unterkunft

Naturliebendes Paar, 40-50 Jahre, mit älterem Hund, Wander- und Erholungsurlaub. Die Unterkunft ist in einem wunderschönen, grünen Bergtal mit faszinierenden Felsformationen gelegen, das selber und in näherer Umgebung viele Tage Wanderungen und Erkundungstouren hergibt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für 2 Personen, die auf Luxus verzichten können und dafür um so mehr Ruhe, Natur und Privatsphäre geniessen. Das Häuschen ist einfach, aber hat einen gemütlichen Charme, ist sehr sauber und alles ist funktionell und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfreich aber nicht aufdringlich und kochen bei Bedarf und gegen Bezahlung zweimal in der Woche Abendessen für die Gäste: sehr leckeres, hausgemachtes, vegetarisches Essen in freundlich-familiärem Rahmen.

Pas pour l'hiver !

Location surement agréable en été.

Accès assez juste ( chemin de terre avec des ornières ) comme indiqué dans le commentaire du propriétaire Ferrari s'abstenir, voiture un peu basse non plus.

Le chauffage pour l'hiver consiste en deux petits chauffage à bain d'huile largement insuffisant dans une maison pas ou très peu isolée ( simple vitrage, grille de ventilation haute et basse ) , salle de bain sans chauffage .

Installation électrique très limitée, tout fonctionne sur des rallonges avec multiprises.

Donc location surement agréable en été avec une température clémente car en pleine nature .

Owner's Response: C'est dommage si les gens ne disent rien pendant leur séjour, mais posent leur critique anonyme sur Internet apres ils sont partis. Ainsi ils nous empêchent de réagir à leurs demandes et d'améliorer la situation. "Pas pour l'hiver"? Ça dépend si vous êtes frileux ou non, 20 degrés n'est pas un probleme pour tout le monde...
