This recently renovated, authentic Spanish townhouse offers a perfect holiday base for family groups, friends, walkers and cyclists who want to enjoy the lovely atmosphere and countryside of north-west Mallorca. The house, with pool and large garden is in the old town of Soller and is just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque square. Soller located in a beautiful valley, famous for its orange and lemon groves and incredible views of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is also a lively market town and there's no shortage of good restaurants, cafes and shops. The beautiful villages of Deia and Fornalutx are close by and for those who want something more active, the Tramuntana range offers an amazing challenge for walkers and cyclists. For beach-lovers, the family-friendly resort of Port Soller is just 3km away and can be reached on foot, by bike, car or on the old San-Franciscan tram. The house has four double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and two with a shared bathroom. One bedroom opens onto a gorgeous roof-terrace which overlooks the pool, garden and mountains. There's a grand entrada with sitting and dining areas, separate TV room and balcony, kitchen and laundry room. Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as twin rooms. The house has a private pool and large garden complete with loggia, shaded sitting and dining areas, BBQ and outdoor shower. The house comes complete with all the usual amenities including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, internet TV and DVD player.

We loved this house the moment we saw it. We love Mallorca and have been coming to the island and to the Soller valley for a number of years. For us the house offers a perfect combination of town centre living but a with a garden that's big enough to fool us into thinking we're in the countryside.

6 adults stayed for a walking holiday , excellent location for walking ,shops .bars, restraunts. everything you need is in the house you need only money and clothes.

Amazing house great location 6 adult males booked for a walking holiday found the location great for shops, bars, restraunts plus great starting point for numerous walks . All 6 found no faults with the house you can live there for months you only need your clothes !!! Garden a sun trap

We had an amazing holiday at this fab property in wonderful Soller. Well equipped, comfortable and stylish, this spacious property was perfect for our family 2 adults and 3 children (11, 18 and 20). The views are amazing - watching the eagles from our roof terrace most evenings was a real highlight. The house is in a quiet location, but very close to shops and a short stroll to the centre of town. Soller is lovely - great restaurants and cafes, so relaxing but within easy reach of lots of other great places. We went to Palma on the train, and also walked to the beach at Port Soller and to some beautiful local villages. Perfect - we shall return.

Sehr schönes Haus , mit Garten

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Garten, mit Sonnen-und Schattenplätzen. Liegen, Stühle, Sonnenschirm, alles vorhanden. Super Betten (Boxspring). Ruhige Lage, und trotzdem zentral. Wir haben kein Auto gebraucht. WLAN vorhanden, aber nur spanisches TV. Das Haus kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
