Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with terrace and pond views

Quietly, between Paris and Disneyland Paris, 90m² apartment completely floored the 2nd and last floor with 2 balconies and a terrace of 16m ² facing south without any opposite. Ideal in summer for lunch outside on the barbecue and relax in the hammock - Terrace with panoramic views of the lake!

Capacity sleeps 8 people, each room has a large double bed with nightstand + cabinets or drawers and hangers

The beds are ready when you arrived with towels at your disposal

- 1 family room with a double bed

- 1 second bedroom with 1 double bed

- January 3rd bedroom with a futon for two (real mattress)

- 1 very comfortable Sofa bed for two people in the living room

The rest of the apartment includes:

- A large living room with large screen TV, internet connection and free WIFI

Extremely comfortable apartment, better than a 5 star hotel!

Perfect location, 5 minutes to RER line which takes you in to the city centre or Disneyland.

Would definitely stay there again when visiting Paris.

Very clean modern, conveniently located apartment

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at the apartment aiming to visit Eurodisney Parc Asterix, Paris and Versaille - the location was excellent for all, with great train links to the city on the RER and road network for Asterix and Versailles. The apartment is large and clean with very interesting decor, with lots of plants and also outdoor space.

The neighbourhood was quiet, but only limited restaurants.

Wonderful !!!!

This place is wonderful! We loved it. My wife and I traveled with 2 teenagers and we were thrilled with this apartment. It has 3 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The toilet was separate from the shower area which made it easy when one was showering and getting ready while another needed to use the facility. It has numerous, large windows that allow for a nice breeze throughout. It has a completely private, large balcony with lots of lovely plants. Of particular note is the shower. It is beautiful. It has a heated towel rack, modern dual sinks, a very large bathtub and a separate, rain like shower. They have an on demand water heater so there are no worries about running out of hot water.

This place is quiet, airy and cool. It’s in a very nice, suburban type neighborhood that is pleasant, open and feels safe to walk around in. There is a nice little lake behind the property.

There is a bakery ~100 meters away for daily fresh breads and croissants and a large, local supermarket ~250 meters away where you can buy pretty much everything you want for the kitchen. We never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber. The RER station, (“A” line), is a 5 minute walk away. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a train. Next to the RER station is a wonderful Asian restaurant and a decent pizza place. McDonalds and KFC is about a 10-15 minute walk/5 Euro Uber away.

If you are planning on going to Disneyland, the RER station is the only direct line to the parks and it is about a 15 minute ride. Downtown Paris is about a 30 minute ride to the Nations/Charles De Gaul stations where you can connect to absolutely everywhere.

Eliisee and Remi were very nice and professional. They responded quickly to our questions and were extremely helpful in assisting us in navigating the few things that were a bit beyond our reach. They have a beautiful home and we are very grateful they shared it with us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Un appartement super sympa ! très propre et super bien décoré ! Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits pour aller passer une journée à Disneyland avec nos petites filles ! un beau point de chute ! des literies au top ! une adresse à garder ! des propriétaires même si nous ne les avons pas rencontrés très arrangeants qui ont à coeur le confort de leurs hôtes!

Très bon accueil dans un superbe appartement aux portes de Paris et proche de Disney. Très pratique par son accès routier ou ferroviaire. Emplacement et cadre calme et reposant. Très bonne adresse à retenir. Encore merci pour tous, les enfants étaient également ravies
