PARKING can be difficult in the Mission Beach area. This home has one designated parking space within the shared garage and one outdoor space under the stairs alongside the garage. The garage is shared with the apartment above the garage but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The dimensions for the garage space is 6'2"High X 7'9"Wide X 17'11" Deep. The dimensions for the outdoor space is 7'High X 7'3"Wide X 12'4"Deep. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage and the once space under the stairs, if you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking.
