This contemporary designed home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an open great room and a chef’s dream kitchen. Enjoy the large front patio with a fire pit plus seating area, and a rooftop deck with ocean views! This home is less than a mile from the beach, walking distance to well-known restaurants and retail boutiques, a short drive to Fashion Island, Lido Marina Village, Balboa Island, and Laguna Beach.

THE SPACE
This thoughtfully built home is equipped with modern amenities to anticipate your needs and to help provide a memorable stay. Enjoy the Sonos music system that provides surround sound on the main floor and the master bedroom, Smart TVs in each room, high end interior design, contemporary furnishings, a fire place in the living room and master bedroom, and beautiful dinnerware and glassware. There are several outdoor spaces to relax in: a large front patio with a fire pit, outdoor furniture and umbrella, a balcony connected to the master bedroom and a rooftop deck with two outdoor chaise lounges. For your bath & body needs, you will find the organic brand, Beekman 1802, in each bathroom along with a hair dryer in bathroom of the master bedroom. Beach towels will also be provided in the laundry room.

Parking Details:
-Private space available for one vehicle only. This space is a carport located directly behind the home and it can accommodate a large SUV.
- Additional vehicles must find street parking.
- Garage is not available.

The 5th bed will only be set up upon request. This bed will be set up in the loft bedroom located on the third floor.

Multiple restaurants are within easy walking distance of the property, such as Gulfstream, Tommy Bahama, CdM Restaurant, Ruby's Diner, Rothchild's, Panni Kabob Grill, Bungalow, El Ranchito, etc.

Within easy driving distance is Fashion Island and Lido Marina Village for the shoppers, and the Upper Newport Bay for those who like to walk and paddle-board. Crystal Cove State Park is only about 15 minutes south on PCH, and is well worth the visit.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay
This was the perfect property for myself & my grown children & their families. We came from different parts of the country as well as local. The home is beautiful & had all of the necessities! Communication with the property manager was great! I highly recommend!

SoCal exploration stay
My wife and I hosted a family of 4 with 2 children for 8 nights. This home was perfect. Clean, beautiful, wonderful layout. Utensils, cooking items and coffee makers were all as nice as at our home. Great wine fridge too. A master on 2nd and 3rd floor provide lots of privacy. The bathrooms and laundry room were very nice and well stocked. We will stay again and highly recommend this. Plus, the location is unbeatable. For context, we only stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and we are very picky so my review is based upon our high stands. Plus, Chole, the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Next to construction
This home is next to construction and two doors down from a retail parking lot. The main bedroom has a worn and uncomfortable mattress. The 3rd floor queen room has a small queen with a full size mattress on the top of it. You must jam the small “queen” over and push the full mattress on the floor in the closet space making moving in the room impossible. The floors had sand and were dirty when wiped with a paper towel. Each person had 1 bath towel which seemed too minimal. Just before check in, you get a lengthy list of rules and warnings for fees which doesn’t exactly say, welcome and thank you for choosing this property. We felt for the fees charged it could have been much more welcoming and comfortable. From the outside the home is pretty and has a nice sitting area with fire pit and grill.

Cute home in a noisy neighborhood
We were taking a trip with our family for our son's high school graduation, the house was so cute online, and was overall good, but the rooms were so tiny and it advertised that it slept 10 people but our adult children were pretty squished and the ten meant a mattress on the floor. There was one tiny bathroom linking the two rooms with queen beds. We were so squished! For the money I have stayed in nicer, larger homes. We didn't have space to put luggage but we made it work. The area is nice but was very noisy at night, loud music and cars coming and going at late hours, we couldn't sleep with the windows cracked it was too noisy. I will do more research before booking my next house. The pictures online made the house and rooms look much larger than they really were. Overall the home was cute just not what we have been use to and we like to travel a lot together.

Spring Break Acacia
The location for this property is very convenient. Located a short walk from shops, restaurants and grocery stores , we were abvle to access everything easily. The place was very clean and spacious and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions. I would recommend Acacia for sure.
