Enjoy the Sonos music system that provides surround sound on the main floor and the master bedroom, Smart TVs in each room, high end interior design, contemporary furnishings, a fire place in the living room and master bedroom, and beautiful dinnerware and glassware. There are several outdoor spaces to relax in: a large front patio with a fire pit, outdoor furniture and umbrella, a balcony connected to the master bedroom and a rooftop deck with two outdoor chaise lounges. For your bath & body needs, you will find the organic brand, Beekman 1802, in each bathroom along with a hair dryer in bathroom of the master bedroom. Beach towels will also be provided in the laundry room.

-Private space available for one vehicle only. This space is a carport located directly behind the home and it can accommodate a large SUV.
- Additional vehicles must find street parking.
- Garage is not available.
The 5th bed will only be set up upon request. This bed will be set up in the loft bedroom located on the third floor.

Within easy driving distance is Fashion Island and Lido Marina Village for the shoppers, and the Upper Newport Bay for those who like to walk and paddle-board. Crystal Cove State Park is only about 15 minutes south on PCH, and is well worth the visit.

The city of Newport Beach has a very strict noise and unruly gathering ordinance during the day and night. The guests will be responsible for any citations ($250 - $3,000) issued by the city for being non compliant to the rules below and/or other laws and regulations:
