Located in the best area of Colonia Sant Jordi, 2 minutes away from del Puerto beach. If you walk for half hour you will find yourself at one of the best beaches of the island, called Es Carbó, with white sand and clear waters. About forty minutes away you will be amazed by another gem, Es Trenc.

The Interpretation Center of the Cabrera’s Archipelago (National Marine Park) is to be found just a few metres away. The harbor is also round the corner, where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants.

If you keep on walking you will see the sea front promenade, ideal to do all kinds of exercise. At a ten minutes walking distance from the apartment, you can enjoy the nightlife of Avenida Primavera. The area also offers all basic amenities within minutes, such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and shops.

Nice apartment, comfortable and bright about 65 m². It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully fitted kitchen and terrace. Newly installed hardwood.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Meeresnähe

Wie haben als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern den einwöchigen Herbsturlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Strand direkt am Hafen (Playa d'es Port) ist in 3 Minuten Gehdistanz und zum sehr schönen Strand Es Dolc ist es auch nur ca. 10 Minuten weit. Die Standpromenade am Hafen lädt mit schön gelegenen Restaurants und Bars ein und auch einen Laden gibts in unmitterbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alle wichtigen Dinge (auch W-Lan). Mit zwei Duschen und WCs ist man auch zu viert (oder sechst) gut bedient. Einen einzigen Abzug muss ich bei den Küchenutensilien machen (billige Pfannen, keine Schere) und das Schloss an der Türe zum Innenhof ist wirklich knifflig und sollte ersetzt werden. Ansonsten alles tipptopp und sauber. Würden wir wieder hingehen.

Urlaub mit südländischer Lässigkeit

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für den, der zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Strand Es Dolc sein und gleichzeitig abends an der hübschen Hafenpromenade spazierengehen möchte. Die Wohnung hat eine für 3 Personen angenehme Größe. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wäre in unserem Anspruch für 2 Personen recht klein. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider erhält man für 2 Wochen nur 1x Wäsche, da der Vermieter erwartet, dass man diese selbst wäscht, weil ja eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist (ist uns so das erste Mal in einer FeWo passiert !). Die Klimaanlage funktioniert vorzüglich und ist bei den Temperaturen im Juli/August auch nötig. Die in der Anzeige angegeben Ausstattung ist nicht immer ganz komplett (Bügeleisen und -brett waren z.B. nicht vorhanden, auf Nachfrage wurde ein Bügeleisen nachgeliefert). Der Punkt, der uns bei der ansonsten recht ansprechenden Wohnung am meisten verärgert hat, ist das versprochene freie WLAN. Dies war so gut wie nicht vorhanden und fiel auch immer wieder aus. Für uns als Eltern eines mitreisenden Teenagers war gerade das WLAN einer der entscheidenden Punkte für die Buchung gewesen. Schade.

Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung aber problemlos weiterempfehlen.

Apartment located 50 meters from the Playa del Puerto and 300 Dolç the beach. You can access a 30-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Es Carbó, a clean and pristine beach with crystal clear water.

It is in a quiet area with a wide cultural and gastronomic offer and a few minutes from the apartment, since 1 minute is the interpretation center Cabrera (National Park).

The village is surrounded by a walk along the coast, ideal for physical activities such as walking or cycling.

The apartment also is to walk 10 minutes to the dinner and drinks area, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 10 minutes from the nearest medical center.
