The property consists of three separate units and rentable also separately but all in the same garden. The main part of which we will call VILLA, the top floor of the villa we call ATTIC and a cabin
we'll call BUNGALOW. The villa is built on two floors with a large living room and a kitchen, a small bathroom and a bedroom with two beds and a private bathroom, on the ground floor. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom: the lilac room with two single beds and two pull-out, the blue room with a double bed and a sofa bed, both rooms open onto a terrace overlooking the sea .. The three units enjoy private access to the sea.
Dolphins & Seagulls is a beautiful villa overlooking the sea divided into three units, surrounded by a wooded park.
The villa is exposed to the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The view is breathtaking on the horizon and the promontory of Portofino.
Enchanting private walk on the cliffs you arrive on a private cove where you can relax in the sun and taking a swim.
The property is bordered on the side upstream from the railway and the small station Mulinetti is 20 meters.
Even the bus stop is just a few meters from the house and can be reached with both Genoa and other countries of the Riviera.
