The first-floor 60-sq.m flat has double glazing. It is in a private house in central Beausoleil just a stone's throw from Monaco Monte-Carlo. You can find a pay-to-park parking space in the Vinci Park Car Park, 130 m away. The four patio doors have double glazing. They lead out onto the large terrace with a table, armchairs, and a sea view. The house also offers a large kitchen, a 34-sq.m lounge, a 17-sq.m bedroom, and a balcony. We can provide mattresses. Lastly, there is a shower room with a large shower and a toilet. It is close (200 m) to the shops, restaurants, and covered market open every morning. You can store your luggage in the garage and then go to the public Vinci car park belong to the town hall a 130-m walk away.

Inside the private house, owned by three people, you step into a bright space with large patio doors, and double glazing with parking at Vinci Park. This pay-to-use public car park has a fixed weekly price. We are close to the Italian border, 12 km away from Vintimille, 20 km away from Nice, and 10 km away from Menton. In the vicinity, you can also find Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Eze village, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu, and Villefranche.

Прекрасный вид с открытой террасы

Отдыхал с семьей в Монако. Решили остановиться в Босолей. Квартира оказалась очень просторной: большая гостиная, две спальни, быстрый Интернет и шикарная открытая терраса с которой прекрасный вид на море. Очень близко к морю и пляжу 10 минут пешком, если знаешь все лифты и лестницы по маршруту :)) Обратно дольше, так как в гору. Из минусов: очень шумно с улицы при открытых окнах спать не получиться ночью из-за проезжающих мимо мотоциклов и прочего. Также стены очень тонкие и без шумоизоляции, поэтому соседей слышно тоже очень хорошо - благо, что рядом жили французы, поэтому шум воспринимался как общий фон.

В остальном все понравилось, хозяева всегда были на связи и делали все, чтобы наш отдых был без проблем. Спасибо большое, Шанталь (Chantal) и Шейме (Chaïma).

Nice apartment and good location.

We had a good stay. It is a nice apartment and has a great balcony/patio. Only issue was it was a little hot in the apartment and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Other than that - there were no issues.

Chantal - I still have not received my 400 euros deposit. Please let me know when I will receive it

Very nice apartment

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely apartment,. It has a great terrace with a wonderful view. It is very close to Grimaldi forum, just take two elevators and you are there. A lot of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Somptueux appartement dans une magnifique maison du début du siécle (XXéme) Modernement équipé et climatisé! Grande terrasse pour petit dej. avec lever de soleil sur l'Italie et Cap Martin et dejeuner barbecue à l'ombre d'une voile . Nous avons rayonné en bus de Nice à Menton et juste à pied dans Monaco Nous avons ici passé un mois de Juillet exceptionnel . Merci pour tout . Marjolaine
