Cute older cottage

This is a place we will stay again, but probably only in the spring and fall because it doesn't have central ac anymore. Its heating and cooling unit is in the living room, which means the bedrooms are a bit warm. Could use some larger, nicer fans for the front bedroom. It sleeps 7, but there are only 4 bath towels provided, so bring some of your own. It also needs more seating for dining. But it's a reasonably priced older beach house perfect for a quick, relaxed stay. Great location, and we will stay there again.

Amazing

We stayed for a week it was clean and close to the beach. It was super easy to contact the property manager when we had question or needed to let them know anything. Check in was really easy. Would definitely stay again

Close to the beach

Close to the beach, friendly neighborhood. Property was as pictured/described. The house was clean, a slight musty smell, possibly removing wall to wall carpet would help. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals if needed. We did not, just snacks and coffee. I didn't like that there is not a dishwasher to sanitize dishes. Dish soap, rags and towels were provided for hand washing dishes. Possibly replace the kitchen sink and install an apartment size dishwasher. The kitch sink had stuck on paint from someone cleaning paint tools. The rental was bright, comfortable beds and plenty of nice towels linens. The washer/dryer was also a plus. Decent for the price and area, close to the places we were visiting. I would rent again.

Overall solid experience

Great stay, no trip ruining problems or worries. Only negatives would be the lack of air conditioning or heating in the bedrooms but there are fans to make things better. Another fair warning, you might want to bring your extra trash bags and toilet paper because there weren’t enough for our stay. Either way no complaints. Close to the beach, comfortable home, fun stay.

Great vacation

The place was amazing! It was everything we wanted and more. The house was super clean, smelled great, great location to the beach and town. We really enjoyed our stay, we are already thinking about planning another trip there asap. After reading of of the reviews I was kind of worried but everything was perfect. Wonderful Wonderful place!
