Very nice, modern and comfortable house.

It counts 4 large bedrooms, airconditionned, en-suite bathrooms for the 2 master rooms, and a joint bathroom for the 2 kids rooms. It's a perfect house for 2 families travelling together.

The village is charming. Situated on the wild Norheastern Coast (away from mass tourism), along the Llevant Natural Parc, it is a perfect base to discover the island and come back home to rest in the evening.

You'll also find a shop and even a bakery just 100 m away from the door (fresh bread-rolls and croissants every morning) and plenty of nice restaurants at the beach front.

Lovely - perfect location

The house was lovely - spacious, clean and perfectly suited for holiday living. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the surroundings. The two masters both have balconies to enjoy the sunset from. We did a lot of stargazing from these locations.The house was wonderful in itself, but the location made it more fabulous. The charming sea front is just a few short blocks away . . . the beach and numerous restaurants are within a few minutes of the house, as are a grocery store and bakery.

The town itself is tranquil and peaceful, but it's also close to a few of the bigger towns and attractions if one wishes to see more of the island. Arte, Capdepera, Porto Christo are all within 30 minutes driving, as are several wineries. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back soon!

An absolutely amazing spacious,clean and fully equipped family villa. 10/10

This villa is situated in a lovely quiet village with ample restaurants/eateries (mainly along the sea front) that cater for all tastes. There are numerous shops that stocked everything our family of ten needed for the perfect stay in Majorca.

The property was very clean and spacious with all the amenities one could want. Every room has lots of little touches that make it more a holiday HOME than just a villa.

I feel that the pictures of this marvellous home do not do it justice. It's so much more beautiful and bigger than it looks, especially the pool.

Never had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the home, but did speak over the phone about some minor issues that were taken care of instantly.

When we booked our stay here we could never of believed it would be so perfect that there were tears when our holiday came to an end.

Stunning! Such a beautiful villa.

This villa is absolutely beautiful, though the pictures are lovely, they really don't do it justice. It's so spacious - there were 9 of us, and we did not feel like we were all on top of each other, thoughtfully furnished and set up to be a home from home. The pool is a good size and spacious lounging area around it. Small supermarket a very short walk away stocking most things and doing delicious fresh bread each day. Highly recommend this villa. Didn't want to come home!

Beautiful Villa in the centre of the Village. The Villa had everything you could wish for. The kitchen was fully equipped and as we ate in most nights this was perfect. Stephane [the owner] and his wife who were both lovely people came to meet us on arrival and showed us round. We went out with Stephane on his boat and it was just perfect. Looking forward to another visit

Practical and lovely house. Great location with everything you need in walking distance.

The villa is located centrally in Sant Pere. The village is small, quiet and very authentic. Walking distance to everything, supermarket on the corner, bakery just down the street, beach and nice restaurants along the promenade. We rented bikes and got around along the coast. The villa is spacious and has a great outdoor area, lovely pool and large table for homemade meals. We stayed 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms on the second floor have their own terrace. Recommend this villa and village highly.
