This unique penthouse is without any doubt one of the most fascinating houses in Venice. With its astonishing views from every window, its large marble terrace and unique blend of ancient and contemporary architecture, it sits on top of one of the tallest historical houses of the city, Palazzo Albrizzi.

The 250 sq. mts apartment has 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, a large kitchen, an open space with dining table for 6 guests and a sitting room. It's furnished with old and modern design furniture and museum quality paintings heirloom of the Albrizzi family, who built the Palazzo in the 17th century and still owns the entire house.

The terrace is 40 sq. mt. and it's accessible directly from the sitting room.

The fifth floor of the palazzo is reachable with an elevator.
