HOUSING :

Large apartment of 92m2 decorated in a modern way in the heart of the old town of Saint-Malo: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, separate toilet. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The rooms "Condor" and "Concorde" are each equipped with a large double bed 160x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a television 101 cm. The room "Lego" is equipped with 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a television 101 cm. The rooms are all non-adjoining.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso, cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, two washbasins and a washer-dryer.

The living room, decorated in style, is equipped with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a sofa, an armchair and a TV 4K 120 cm (Xbox available with a dozen games and DVDs). We also offer recent tourist guides, and books on Saint-Malo. Internet is also available in Wifi.

Finally, the apartment has a large dressing room to store suitcases, bicycles, or any other bulky items.

We can put at your disposal on request, an umbrella bed with its baby mattress, a high chair and a bathtub.

We offer you a garage in the intra-muros near the apartment.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

-Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tablecloth and tea towels)

-Beds made upon your arrival.

- Welcome products, what you need to start your stay (sopalin, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, etc ...)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

In the heart of intra-muros, everything can be done on foot.

The apartment is located close to the shops, and more particularly the rue de l'Orme (numerous restaurants of exceptions, and shops nearby, away from the classical tourist shops).

Not to be missed: the ramparts and the beaches located close to the accommodation!

You can also take advantage of the sea shuttles, which are a 5-minute walk away, in order to go to Dinard, take a stroll in the Gulf of Saint-Malo or spend a day in Jersey.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS:

TRANSPORTATION:

The apartment is located 20 min walk from the SNCF train station, and 10 min from the Maritime station.

Dinard airport is 15 minutes away by car, Rennes is 1 hour away.

Shuttles to Dinard are 5 minutes walk away.

Bus to radiate towards the whole Country Malouin to 5 min on foot.

Appartamento grande e corrispondente alla descrizione. È corredato di tutto quello che serve,con un occhio per i bambini,ci sono televisori in ogni stanza,la cucina è molto funzionale. Noi siamo stati in 4 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L appartamento si trova in pieno centro.

Très chouette appartement en tous points conforme aux photos

Très bien reçu par les propriétaires

Bonne organisation de l'appartement, bien équipé, une propreté

irréprochable et une très bonne literie.

Nous retournerons dans cette location sans la moindre

hésitation.

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et la formule tout compris reste

la seule valable et honnête.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Malo dans cet appartement.

Les photos et le descriptif sont fidèles, l'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et décoré avec goût, sobriété, modernité et qualité, de l'espace, trois belles chambres avec literie de qualité, un grand séjour où il fait bon se détendre (grand canapé confortable et une grande table de salle à manger), 4 téléviseurs haute définition (séjour + dans chaque chambre), une cuisine où nous avons pu "petit-déjeuner" à 4 grâce au "mange-debout", elle aussi parfaitement équipée et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour nous préparer nos repas... une grande salle d'eau avec grande douche à l'italienne, lave linge...des serviettes de toilette, torchon et draps fournis (les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée, ce qui n'est pas négligeable après avoir fait la route)

Appartement très au calme et en plein centre, à deux pas du grand parking pour lequel nous avions un pass pour la gratuité...

Aucun point négatif !

Le plus, un hôte accueillant et très sympathique, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Magnifique appartement

Magnifique appartement, lumineux, propre, confortable, très bien situé à St Malo; proche des restaurants, des commerces, de la plage, de l'embarquement pour les iles Chaucey .... très bon accueil de Mr Mac Auliffe. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers pour un autre séjour et nous le recommandons à nos amis.
