The house has three levels of living.

The first level is the living area, which consists of a rustic living room, a dining room and a modern kitchen and fully equipped. You will end and enjoy warm times with friends or family with a glass of champagne or a dinner around the dining table. Everything has been designed, decorated and equipped to make your stay practical, functional and memorable.

The other two levels are dedicated to the sleeping area. Lovely, quiet and spacious

We really liked the quiet courtyard location. Many Paris streets are fun and lively, but having garbage trucks roll by at 5 am is a bit too much fun!

The three levels worked well: we had dinners and breakfast on the main floor under the glass canopy: it wasn't too cold, even in February. The 1st floor bedroom was a perfect place for two to work on computers. And the top floor bedroom was quiet and romantic.

Onsite washing machine and kitchen were all perfect, and the local restaurant scene is very good: we love Le Select as an old-fashioned 1920s kind of place. The only complaint would be the bath tub took a little bit long to fill...maybe 20 minutes?

But this flat offers excellent value for the money, given the size, cleanliness and location. We would rent again any time.

Do not book this apartment via HomeAway

Please be awarethat this property is advertised by another agency, which means that HomeAway will add their charge to the price in the add. I am not allowed to say what the charge is, but it is a rather substantial amount. Unfortunately it took a while before I understood what was going on as I was completely unprepared for this kind of business.

I have used HomeAway a lot of times and never before complained about anything, on the contrary I have been very satisfied. This is however a completely new experience and I find this practice of advertising and kind of business as quite provoking - on agency advertising via another agency so you have to pay charges to two agencies. In addition just one of the charges is shown in the price for the property. In my country this is breaking the law.

I want to highlight this doubtful kind of business - which is unexeptibl, unethical and which I did expect to find at HomeAway.

Also - because two agencies are involved in the booking procedures - registration of payments were a mess and caused me quite a bit of annoyance.

Otherwise this appartement is ok, location is ok and it suits for two couples.

The difference in this case is that you pay the fees to them and the booking to us. For people who mange only one property, the fees + the payment of the apartment is made on Homeaway and they sent the money to the owner their self.
