Located on the second and last floor of a completely renovated property, this 75m² apartment with panoramic view of the lake, the Bauges, Belledonne offers 5/6 beds, modern comforts, sporting activities and many and varied leisure.

Small problem: the route of the cat tunnel closed to trucks, though distant of fifty meters is audible.

beautiful lake view

The flat is beautifully decorated, all modern, well equipped and functional. It corresponded well to the description on the site. The views over the lake and , on a clear day, the Massif de Belledone are stunning. The owner was very helpful, especially when we had specific queries. As stated in other reviews, the road underneath is noisy, but if you are out exploring all day, it's manageable. Parking on the property is easy, however, you do need your car all the time, you cannot walk anywhere from the property. We would definitely recommend the flat to other travellers.

Joli cadre, un peu bruyant.

L'appartement est bien équipé, décoré avec soin et agréable à vivre. Il offre une jolie vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Les enfants ont apprécié la table de ping-pong.

Cependant, le trafic routier incommode considérablement. En outre, le chemin d’accès est long et escarpé.

Des frais supplémentaires sont à prévoir pour les draps et le ménage.

Wonderful hosts who made our stay very enjoyable. So much to see in the area, beautiful views and very high standard of apartment. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

La vue

Bel appartement tout neuf décoré avec beaucoup de goût et modernité. Très bien aménagé et bien équipé (plus qu'attendu avec table ping-pong, barbecue, appareil à fondu ...). Il est bien entretenu et propre, idéalement situé, proche du lac du centre ville, des activités et des restaurants de qualité (Lamartine, L'atmosphère ....).

Le point fort du logement reste sa baie vitrée et sa terrasse donnant sur une vue magnifique du lac du bourget, du massif des Bauges, de la chaîne des Belledonnes et du mont Granier. Connaissant bien la région, il me semble difficile de rivaliser avec le panorama qu'offre ce logement.

Comme décrit dans l'annonce, la route nationale peut être assez bruyante aux heures de pointe.

We repeat that the presence of the cat tunnel road (closed to HGVs) has a noise. This nuisance did not really bother us and this was the choice of our children to this address their principal residence.
