Nice two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms en- suite. Great terrace, large living room, fully equipped kitchen. Air-Conditioning and Heating. Access for Disabled: first floor with lift, spacious entrance, without uncomfortable corridors, motorized beds in main bedroom with adapted shower cabin. Pet friendly.
Ideal location: no uncomfortable noises location, close to the historic center and beach. Very quiet, non-holiday makers building, with only two floors and a few resident neighbours. Spacious common areas.
Ideal to enjoy the superb cuisine, wineries and monuments. Sanlúcar is an authentic Andalusian gem that oozes history everywhere and still preserves the traditional way of life, with its daily market, its tapas bars, magnificent architecture, its people .
Famous are the ' Semana Santa ' (24 to 31 March) , the 'Feria de la Manzanilla ' ( May 28 to June 3 ) and Horse Racing on the Beach (2 to August 18 )
With a prime location at the mouth of the great river Guadalquivir, opposite to the National Park of Doñana Biosphere Reserve . Few sites remain intact and have so much to offer.
Addition is just 20 km from the town of Jerez (Xerez / Sherry ) and its international airport , its famous wineries , home of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and Speed Circuit which hosts the Motorcycle Grand Prix of Spain every year.

a great place to stay, in a good location near the centre and beach
We stayed for a month, and the apartment was a great base to get to know Sanlucar de Barrameda. It's half-way between the centre of town and the beach, a short walk from both, with plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants in easy reach. The accommodation is comfortable, with a large living/dining room area with fan and aircon, the kitchen is well equipped, and the enclosed terrace area by the front door is a nice place to sit to have breakfast or drinks. Having two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, made it easy to have people to stay with us during our visit. Miguel Angel and his sister Inma were very helpful when we arrived and left. We'd definitely stay here again!

Estupendo.
El apartamento cumplía todas nuestras necesidades. Muy bien equipado. Cerca del centro y la playa y en una calle tranquila y sin ruidos. Nos acogieron muy bien y con mucha flexibilidad en los trámites de salida y entrada. Esperamos volver.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Wintergarten. Waren Feb/März da, die Wohnung war nicht gut zu heizen. Wenn Probleme auftraten, wurde sich sofort gekümmert! Hier ist man mitten drin statt nur dabei im spanischen Alltag!

"Nesting" experiment in Sanlúcar
Overall I was happy with my experience. Location is not right next to anything...other than a Telepizza (yum!) Up it was within comfortable walking distance to most everything. Owners were very helpful and considerate.

Why they chose this property

This is a great apartment that we inherited from the family recently and has never been let. We used it sporadically for a weekend at the beach and relaxation. The rest of the time is empty and we thought to make it available to visitors from other countries.

What makes this property unique

We love Sanlucar, so full of life and so genuine. And we are lucky to have such a comfortable and quiet place to stay.
