Lovely view but........

This apartment is large, in a good location and has a lovely sea view but it is badly let down by a general lack of maintenance and a failure to supply basic necessities - we were provided with one towel each and no change of bedding for a ten day stay. The apartment would also benefit from a thorough cleaning. Such a shame as with a little more care and attention this could be a lovely place to stay.

Owner's Response: What a shame these visitors did not contact us during their stay. We always leave extra towels and bed linen in a cupboard in the hallway that unfortunately they did not find. We are always available for any eventualities and respond rapidly to any requests. We strive to always prepare the apartment for oncoming guests and ensure that it is in an excellent condition and are constantly upgrading facilities. Luckily for them it did not prevent them from appreciating the location of the apartment and its amenities and the panoramique view.

Eine Wohnung in einer super Lage

Es war eine große Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade des Anglais. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß mit viel Platz zu verstauen. Auf der hinterer Seite des Hauses befand sich mit einem Tor abgeschlossene Parkplatz das sehr sicher war. In unserem Haus im Erdgeschoss befand sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, das bis zum Mittelnacht geöffnet war. Sechs Häuser nach links haben wir ein Lebensmittelgeschäft der Kette Carrefour und eine kleine Bäckerei gehabt Eine Haltestelle war in einer Entfernung von 30 m. Busticket konnte man bei dem Busfahrer für 1,50 kaufen, egal wie weit man fahren wollte. In den Ticketsautomaten konnte man eine 10-ner karte für 10 Euro kaufen Der Besitzer der Wohnung war sehr nett und hat uns sehr viele Informationen über Nizza weitergegeben. Er hat sich sofort auf jede unsere Email gemeldet. Denen, die absolute Ruhe suchen, werden wir allerdings die Wohnung wegen Straßenlärm abraten. Es ist eben ein Urlaub in der Stadt. Wir haben jede Tageszeit auf dem Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick genossen. Werden die Wohnung auch weiterhin empfehlen.

Très bon séjour pour nous 5 dans ce spacieux appartement. Quel plaisir de manger sur l'immense balcon et de contempler la mer.... Tout était parfait !! Je recommande vivement cette location. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons certainement ! . Nice nous manque déjà ...

Très bel appartement, idéalement placé

Très bel te spacieux appartement, placé en façade de mer avec une vue magnifique, un vrai régal pour les yeux quand le reste de l'année nous sommes confrontés à la vie parisienne. Propriétaire très accueillant. Juste à revoir le matelas du lit bébé qui est peu épais mais on s'est débrouillé avec et ça n'a pas empêcher notre fille de dormir. Petit bémol pour l'ascenseur qui est vraiment riquiqui (notre poussette ne rentrait pas dedans ^^) mais ça ne concerne pas l'appartement mais la résidence. Dernier étage, impeccable, pas de buirt.

Nice apartment with a very beautiful view

Best thing is the view over the sea! Very beautiful.... Unfortunately the building of a new metro is very noisy and makes the stay on the balcony less charming! The hosts are kind and helpfull and the apartment is big and ok for the price. Transportation is rather easy and not a problem.

Zentrale Lage in Nizza mit schönem Ausblick

Eine Strasse hinter der "Promenade des Anglais" mit schönem Blick aufs Meer aus dem 8. Stock. Zuvorkommener Vermieter, der auch Englisch spricht. Besonders an schönen Tagen auf dem Balkon sitzen und dem lebhaften Treiben auf der Strasse folgen. Sauberer Kiesstrand über die belebten Strassen schnell zu erreichen. Sicherer Autoabstellplatz in abgeschlossenem Bereich im Haus. 14 Tage nur mit dem Bus für 1€ oder 1,50€ pro Pers. (einfach) zwischen Monaco und Cannes unterwegs gewesen. Haltestellen nur wenige Minuten auf der "Promenade". Für Flugreisende fährt nur wenige Stationen ein Bus (98) von Terminal 1+2 bis fast vor die Haustüre (Promenade St. Helene). Für Selbstverpfleger sind Bäcker und Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Kleines Bistro im EG. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Bus in 15 min oder zu Fuß über die "Promenade" in ca. 45 min zu erreichen. Alles in allem, wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Owner's Response: Nous avons toujours beaucoup de plaisir a découvrir un commentaire flatteur sur notre location surtout quand il émane de touristes exigeants et d'un certain standing ,,,, ce couple des plus sympathiques a su pleinement tirer partie des atouts de notre location aussi bien au niveau des transports en commun qu'au niveau des commerces de bouche, restos, supermarchés qui foisonnent dans ce quartier très commerçant des plus agréables . Ils ont adore' prendre leur petit déjeuner sur la terrasse tout en contemplant les bateaux, et ont apprecie' le confort de notre double séjour de 30m2 , très bien meuble', avec vue mer panoramique. Ils souhaitent d'ailleurs revenir au plus vite et ils sont bien évidemment les bienvenus .
