Air-conditioning is fitted to the main living /dining and kitchen area. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans above the beds , TV with Satellite system and DVD player / portable CD player. The garden area has an 8 meter by 4 meter private swimming pool with 5 sun beds plus Tables and chairs and umbrella for shade and BBQ. local Shops, restaurants, Bars, supermarkets etc are 4 min walk. easy Bus Journey to Torreveija Water Park and Retail / Amusement park and Town centre / Beach
