A very pretty 3 bedroom home in the smartest part of Wandsworth, open, bright and sunny, with a private 40' garden now cut right back, 100 yards from the charming local & popular Wandsworth Common. Surrounded by private children's schools, and literally round the corner on the common, a book shop, various excellent restaurants (one with a Michelin star), 2 good pubs, a Cafe Nero coffee house & a real English Tea Room and sweet shop round the corner.

The house itself has 2 large double bedrooms and one small double, & an extra sofa bed downstairs; also a luxury very pretty bathroom with bath, power shower & 1 loo. A 2nd loo downstairs. Double drawing room with grand piano, large HD 3D TV, and large open kitchen/dining area opening onto 40' x 16' garden. Highly sought after but quiet street.

Wandsworth Common train station is 5 mins walk away & 15 mins to Victoria, or the 319 bus literally round the corner goes straight up through Chelsea & into Piccadilly, Soho & Covent Garden. This is not Balham but on Wandsworth Common.

9 hole golf course 5 mins walk.

Bellevue Village is the most highly sought after location in the smartest part of Wandsworth. Our street is in one of the 2 smartest in the Village. We are yards away from the very pretty park with cafes, ponds and wildlife everywhere. This is known as Nappy Valley, as we are surrounded by several smart private schools, & lots of young Mums. There are plenty of activities on the common at weekends. A golf course is 5 minutes walk down the road. Our local train station is 5 minutes walk from the house, and 10 minutes to Victoria. The local 319 bus goes direct into Chelsea, Sloane Square, then Covent Garden & into the City.
