Why De La Caffiniere chose Saint-Malo area

This family home is a former main residence (professional transformation). We choose this residence because of its antique charm and closeness to the seashore without too much exposure to bad weather. The proximity is perfectly sheltered from the wind and the inevitable sea spray. The two terraces are perfect for family dining.

What makes this house unique

The residence offers luxurious amenities and all comfort. A calm environment is guaranteed. There are shops and high-quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All the bedrooms offer a high level of comfort. The villa works perfectly for a family with children because it has four double bedrooms, two lounges, a reception dining room, and a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen. There is a fitted laundry room. The upstairs has two bathrooms.

Beautiful, spacious house and garden, perfect location

Beautiful old house and nice large, private garden. Bright and spacious rooms with high ceilings.

Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful marble fire place in the sitting room.

Perfect location in Parame/St Malo: only 5 mins walk to fabulous beach and to excellent restaurants (e.g. Le Coue a Coude). Bakery, small grocery shop, pharmacy etc all within few mins walk.

We truly enjoyed our stay!
