The semi-detached villa has 119sqm of living space and is 100m from the sea and beachfront walk. It is in one of the sunniest and best parts of South Tenerife and has open sea views towards the island of La Gomera. It offers comfortable, well-appointed accommodation over two floors, with terraces on both levels plus a high-walled garden, and can receive unrestricted sunshine all day. The complex has a large, filtered seawater swimming pool (heated in winter) surrounded by sunbathing decks and its own bar/restaurant and supermarket on-site. The house and its location are ideal for families with many more bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and amusements close by, and the beachfront walk stretches for miles in both directions.

Within easy walking distance:: There are many shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants (good and substantial meals in a variety of world cuisines), telephone and post boxes, taxi ranks etc all within easy walk of the villa. There is plenty to see and do in Playa de las Americas: The beachfront walk extends for miles in each direction from the villa and is mostly flat and level. To the left is bustling Los Cristianos with its port and to the right, through the centre of Playa de las Americas and up the steps over geranium-lined terraces are Puerto Colon yacht marina, Torviscas, and the newly developed Playa Fanabe and Bahia del Duque areas. The new Congress Centre with concerts and other performances is a short walk away and also a Casino.

Children's facilities and Local attractions:: In both directions along the beachfront walk there are fixed playgrounds for small children. Depending on the season, there may also be a variety of commercial activities in various locations: trampolining, bungee trampolining, “ice” skating (plastic surface) and bouncy castles.

Local attractions include the Aqualand and Siam Park water parks (waterslides), Las Aguilas del Teide (eagles and many other animals, jungle adventure playground), a small zoo, Cactus Park and Amazonia, and banana plantation.

Excursions and Golf:: In Adeje you can walk up the Barranco del Infierno gorge to the waterfall and there are many other popular local walks. Further afield are Mount Teide and the Las Canadas national park, Los Gigantes, Masca, the main northern resort of Puerto de la Cruz (botanic garden, shopping, and the parrots and other animals at the Loro Parque), the capital at Santa Cruz with the university town of La Laguna, the Anaga peninsula, plus many more.

From Los Cristianos ferries and hydrofoils go to other islands, eg. La Gomera and El Hierro. Various private boat excursions are also available, from both Los Cristianos and Puerto Colon, to see the cliffs at Los Gigantes and/or whales and dolphins.

Fantastic - once again.

This was our second visit to Sue's villa and we will no doubt be planning a third in the near future.

As we mentioned before in our previous review - the villa is situated in a superb location,close to the sea in what is our opinion,the best area in las Americas.

The villa itself is of a very good size and very well maintained. The garden is well secluded and is blessed with the sun nearly all day , and for those sports lovers amongst you - we found the availability of Sky Sports an added bonus.

We look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much , the property was well maintained throughout and was in an excellent location. Would not hesitate recommending , we will certainly stay there again next year .

Ideal holiday base

Villa was in a perfect location overlooking the sea with great views from the upstairs balcony.

We had a 2 year old grandaughter who loved the garden as well as the kiddies pool on the complex very child friendly.

The villa was well equiped with all the essentials and more,plenty of board games,toys and books for all ages.

Within 500 mtrs along the sea front you had a play park one way and Trampolines and kids rides the other way.

Main shopping area and excellent resturants were within 600 metres of main entrance to complex.

We will be back if it is available as 55+ Grandparents with Son,Daughter in Law and young Grandchild we found it perfect accommodation.

Holiday Villa - Great location

A lovely property in a great location.

We have always preferred this part of Las Americas and to have found Sue's Villa with all of its facilities really made the holiday complete.

You open your bedroom windows in the morning and watch the breakers roll in off the Atlantic and then laze the day away in the pretty , secluded garden.

We holiday in Tenerife quite often and are keeping our fingers crossed that Sue has a vacancy the next time we visit.

Thankyou so much for letting us use the villa, we had an absolutely fabulous time.

Fantastic property - beautiful complex, clean well kept with lovely flowers and plants all over the complex..

We were very impressed with the space, facilities, location and garden at the villa. Washing machine, dish washer, microwave. Also close to restaurants, bars and of course the beach which can be seen from the villa.

Hopefully we will be returning next year and you will allow us to us the villa again.

We had a mixed age range staying, one was in a wheelchair and everything fit in fabulously.

Several of your books were read before we departed.

Thankyou once again, it really is a lovely place to stay, I liked it much much more than Parque Santiago 4.

I would definately recommend the property.

An excellant home from home

The villa is in an excellant location, within easy walking distance of the beach and many bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and attractions.

The owner was easy to contact by phone or e-mails and answered all my questions.

The property was clean and very spacious. It has it's own private garden with plenty of garden chairs, sun loungers and a table.

The villa is very well equipped and felt like a home from home.

It has everything you need in the kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is even a full bookcase and a cupboard full of games.

A few essential groceries were provided on arrival. A superb supermarket is located at the complex entrance - it's bigger than it looks.

The complex is entered through a locked gate so the villa feels secure.

Free car parking is available just outside the entrance gate.

I couldn't fault the villa itself, the only minor disappointment was the fact that balls and inflatables were not allowed in the communal swimming pool.

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The Parque Santiago I complex is located between Los Cristianos and the centre of Playa de las Americas. It is a modern and well designed complex and as one of the first built it is also more private and spaciously laid out. It is very popular with UK expatriates and visitors alike, and is close to all amenities, being between the recently pedestrianised main boulevard and the beachfront walk.

Golf: Several beautiful golf courses can be found nearby within just a few minutes drive. Also further away in Guia de Isora, Buenavista del Norte and Puerto de la Cruz, as well as on the nearby island of La Gomera. Please contact us for more information.
