It is a one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor of our private villa. It has it´s own entrance and is totally independent.
There is a living room with an open plan kitchen. The living room leads onto a large terrace overlooking a private garden. There is also a balcony for hanging washing and towels. The bedroom has an on-suite shower room. In the living room there is a pull-out single bed . The flat is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, microwave, espresso coffee machine, DVD player, bedding, bathroom and beach towels, hair-dryer etc..
We have been living in this house for the past 19 years and know the area very well. Walter is German and I´m French but we are both fluent in English and Spanish.Walter is retired and plays a lot of golf. I am still teaching.

We came to the Costa del Sol because we had lived in South Africa for many years and thought that the climate would be the closest to the one in South Africa.
This house is situated in an upmarket residential area, with only villas around but yet we are only at a five minute walk from all facilities, restaurants, beaches, bars, buses, shops etc...
The house is in a cul-de-sac so it is very quite and private. We are surrounded by greenery, trees , birds and even parrots.
We have recently returned from a three week holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The accommodation is in a residential area which meant that is was away from the hustle and bustle of Benalmadena bit still within walking distance of the marina and on the main bus route. Our hosts were very attentive and the apartment was lovely and clean and very well equipped. It was also very nice to have water in the fridge and a few treats when we arrived. We felt very relaxed staying in this area and comfortable in the apartment. We were sad to leave and would definitely love to stay again in the future.
Even tho set away from the hustle and bustle of the main town it is 10 mins walk away from it so you have no traffic noise but also convenience. Owned by a friendly couple, Walter even gave us a lift to the train station on our Last day. British TV channels, lovely sunny porch and a great character property.
The apartment was cosy clean and comfortable .The location was great for getting around by bus and train and only ten minute walk to the marina where there is plenty restaurants,shops and bars.Carmen and Walter were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Michael and Louise
We have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this apartment which is in a quiet area close to all amenities. The accommodation was immaculately presented and felt very spacious. The balcony is a sun trap and totally private. The owners Walter and Carmen were very friendly and could not have been more helpful whilst leaving us to enjoy our holiday . Would highly recommend .

Both Walter and Carmen greeted us as we arrived and made us feel welcome. The apartment was on the second floor of a villa with it's own separate entrance. The grounds were lovely, and they were willing to share items from their fruit trees with us as they ripened.
The apartment was very convenient with the bus stop just down the hill and the train station about a 20 minutes walk. We went everywhere on the bus and thought it worked just great. A good grocery was less than 10 minutes away.
We enjoyed the terrace and that gave the apartment a sense of spacious. We loved the shower and everything you needed was available. The goodies they provided for us on our arrival were welcomed as we both were hungry after a long flight.
We could not have asked for nicer owners who were always interested in what we had been doing and willing to give us travel tips to makes things easier.
We are in an upmarket residential area with easy access to all facilities. The area is very quite as the apartment is in a cul-de-sac.
Five minute walk from the beautiful marina.
