4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with fabulous views, NOW HAS ACCESS TO SWIMMING POOL

Taditional Spanish house located in the Old Town of Vejer but with its own independent garage. Short walk to excellent restaurants and bars. House features high quality fixtures and fittings. There are four spacious bedrooms and two roof terraces with fantastic views. The house has internet, DVD player, flatscreen TV and CD player. The spacious fully equipped kitchen features oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and is attractively decorated.

Summer 2016 Free access to the La Noria Swimming Pool complex, about 10 minutes walk from the house.

Why Graham Boys chose Costa de la Luz - Cadiz

The property is amazingly spacious and enjoys fabulous views of Vejer and the surrounding countryside with views of the coast and Morroco on a clear day. It has two balonies and two roof terraces which makes it ideal to enjoy the warm climate and views. Due to the new restrictions on parking in the old town the integral garage is a rare feature not often found in houses in the old town.

What makes this house unique

The integral garage is very rare and is an advantage for storing bicycles or surf boards. Excellent views

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Vejer!

Das schönste Ferienhaus in Vejer in dem ich je war! Man kann hier mit bis zu 8 Personen wohnen und trotzdem hat jeder noch genug Raum für sich. Die drei Badezimmer sind dafür natürlich auch perfekt. Die Betten sind super bequem und die vielen Ventilatoren kühlen einen gut ab, wenn es mal zu warm wird.Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage des Hauses an der Schnittstelle zwischen Alt-und Neustadt ist ideal. Die Garage ist das nonplus ultra: Es braucht zwar etwas Übung und der Wagen sollte nicht zu groß sein aber nach 2-3 Mal einparken klappt das schon!

Auch die Dachterasse ist der Wahnsinn, hier kann man nach einem langen Tag den Abend bei einem schönen Barbecue ausklingen lassen.

Das Haus hat insgesamt wirklich fast alles was man sich für einen perfekten Aufenthalt wünscht: Von Waschmittel, über Seife, allen erdenklichen Küchengeräten über einen Sonnenschirm und und und! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vejer para volver! :)
