Located only 20 metres from the "Promenade des Anglais" in the "Carré d'Or" ("Golden Square" area of the town center), this 2-bedroom flat with stunning sea view was completely renovated early 2015. Up to 6 people can stay in the flat.

- 2 double bedrooms (bed size: 160cm)

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, micro-wave, dish-washer, washing machine, etc.)

- 2 shower rooms with a WC each

- 1 lounge with sofa-bed

- 1 balcony with sea view

TV, WIFI Internet (Fiber optic broadband), electric shutters, central heating and air-conditioning.

Located in the "Carré d'Or" ("Golden Square"), the most central area of Nice, 20 metres from the "Promenade des Anglais" (and therefore the beach) this apartment is ideal for those who love swimming and want to go to the beach in beachwear while staying in the heart of the city. The Negresco, Palais de la Méditerranée and the casino are only 150 metres away.

The Golden Square features the best restaurants, trendy bars and is the heart of Nice for shopping. In the Meyerbeer street you will find supermarkets, restaurants, juice bars, salad bars and many cafes.

All tourist areas of Nice are within easy walking distance (8mn from Massena Square, 10mn from the old town and 20mn from the port) but for those who want to visit the most remote areas of the city or go to Cannes, Monaco or to the countryside, Nice has an extensive public transportation network:

-nearest bus stop: 1mn away (with a direct line to the airport)

-nearest tramway stop: 8mn away

-train station: 15 mn away

Milestone Birthday celebrated in style

3 women over 40 stayed at this apartment at the end of October 2016 to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of them and it was fantastic. The owner Anthony was constantly in touch to make sure everything would be ready for our arrival and even assisted in arranging a birthday surprise.

The apartment is located a half a block off the promenade des Anglais and about a 10-15 minute walk from old Nice. There are numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores near by.. Apartment is clean, spacious and airy for European standards. The bathrooms and showers are wonderful. Love, love the balcony for enjoying a coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

If we were ever returning to the area we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again and we will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy this wonderful city and area.

Perfect location with stunnung views

Four ladies spent four nights in this immaculate and comfortable apartment perfectly located near the old town and the beach. Part of every day was spent on the balcony which had beautiful views of the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, a short two minute walk to both.

The property was exactly as shown on the website and the owner, Anthony, was extremely helpful and very prompt in replying to any questions we may have had.

I'd recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a great stay in beautiful Nice.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely time in Nice and found this apartment very nice and comfortable. Everything was functioning well.

It is very central to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bus routes, Old Nice, train station and airport.

Should we return to Nice we would definitely use this apartment again.

Excellent Location and Layout

Four of us stayed at Anthony's apartment for 4 nights. The local caretaker was there upon our arrival to let us in and provided us with most useful information for navigating from the apartment via train or bus.The location was excellent - close to everything. Walking distance to train station, a block from the bus, and easy access to anywhere you may want to go in Nice. The beach was across the street and the view of the water from the balcony was fantastic!! The layout of the apartment is great. The bedrooms are separate from the living area and balcony and there is a door to close between the areas. With this separation, those on different time schedules (early birds vs. late night) didn't have to worry about disturbing each other. This could also be beneficial if you had to use the sofa bed in the living area for sleeping. Also, the blinds, when down, knock out all the outside light so if you needed to or wanted to you could sleep late (or all day) without being bothered by the outside light. This was handy after our super late night in Monte Carlo. All rooms have AC controls so the temperature of the living spaces is easily managed. The kitchen had everything we needed including several wine glasses, dishes, glasses, etc. It was also handy to have the washer to use. Overall this was the perfect apartment for the 4 of us and we were very pleased and comfortable with our stay.

Perfect Apartment

We stayed at Anthony's apartment in Nice for 5 days and we really loved it. Firstly it's in a perfect location both in terms of being so close to the beach but also for easy reach to so many places (local restaurants, supermarket, old town, train station, airport etc). We spent a few days visiting Nice and another few visiting places outside of Nice. A perfect base!

The apartment itself is really lovely and modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxed holiday. We have 2 children and we really liked the fact there was excellent soundproofing in the flat and fantastic shutters to keep the light out for a good night sleep.

There are two bathrooms which is really handy, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine that was very useful for us. The highlight of the flat was definitely the balcony. It has a beautiful view of the sea (as the photo shows) and we enjoyed eating and drinking there.

We would definitely recommend this apartment and could see ourselves staying there again in the not too distant future. All in all a very comfortable and attractive apartment in a great location!
