The Poniente & Borasco Townhouses are set in a wonderful beach side location next to Bonos Beach. These spacious properties with 3 to 4 bedrooms built over three levels are located within a popular seafront development. Great for family holidays. The ground level consists of an open-plan living area featuring a wood-burning fireplace, adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchen and separate guest toilet. This leads through patio doors to a bright private terrace/garden surrounded by tropical communal gardens and swimming pool.

On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace. There are a further 2 bedrooms both with small terraces, both leading to a separate bathroom/shower-room. On the second floor there is a mezzanine with a rooftop solarium/terrace with great sea-views. The lower level has a garage with private access to the house.
