On the ground floor is a beautiful entrance, bathroom with laundry, fully equipped modern kitchen with outdoor terrace with hurdle porch, large living room with access to the pool. On the first floor there are 3 rooms with exterior views, double bed and two bathrooms, one en suite. On the second floor there is a nice and cozy studio with bath and spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the park. The property has two car garage with direct entry to the house
We had a lovely week at this property with our two young children (18 months) and 3 years. Both loved the pool and outdoor space. Facilities were really good. It was a 5 minute walk to the main resort so really easy to access the beach, restaurants and cafes. Girls loved the promenade and all the mini play parks along it. Xisco couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come and stay again.
We are a family of 2 adults and 3 boys aged 11, 13 and 15. We are also very picky when it comes to holidays and had a long list of 'must haves' when searching out a place to stay! We chose this villa after a lot of searching and were not disappointed in any aspect.
From the original booking to our departure at the end of the stay the owner, Xisco, was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble even when we did not arrive at the villa until 11pm due a very delayed flight.
The villa is even better than the pictures show. We couldn't fault it. Eating outside on the patio area every day, taking a quick dip in the pool and then cooling down in the spacious and modern lounge (with air-con) when temperatures got a little high.
It is an easy walk to a choice of two beaches, the resort centre with a vast number of resturants and tourist shops, and to the supermarkets. We walked in and out of the resort several times every day.
We did not need a car for our stay although if you like to explore the island there are several places to hire cars from the resort.
Thank you Xisco for the use of your lovely home and also for introducing us to your fathers baking - the best bread and pastries we found in C'an Picafort!
Wir haben sehr lange gesucht, um ein Haus irgendwo im Süden Europas an zentraler Lage zu finden,welches auch noch bezahlbar ist. Haben es aber mit diesem Haus gefunden. Es ist sehr Zentral (zu Fuss 7min. an Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, 10min. Beach, 5min. Supermarket) Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, da die anderen Häuser um dieses Haus alles Wochenendhäuser von Spaniern sind, die nicht vermietet werden (keine Partys) Nur die Strasse hört man ein wenig, ist aber nicht sehr stark befahren. Xisco ist ein sehr netter Hausverwalter. Kommt oft den Pool putzen, gab Tips, fragte, ob was fehlt oder was verbessert werden könnte und half uns beim organisieren von Auto etc.
Das allereinzige was wir negatives sagen könnten wäre, dass der Pool ein wenig klein ist. Würden sofort wiederkommen.
We were two couples 60-65 years visiting the house for three weeks. We found the house very good situated, near the local supermarket and near the beach. The surrounding was very quiet
no disturbing nightlife since the house was situated among locals. The landlord was very nice and helpfull, often asking if we needed something. The only negative thing was that we sometimes had problem getting enough warm water.
We recommend this house gladly and we can think of coming back again.
Wir, zwei Ehepaare 60-70 Jahre haben dieses von der Fläche großzügiges Haus von Bj 2004 gemietet. Fazit: 2 Bäder von 3 haben keinerlei Ablagen oder Handtuchstangen nur je 2 Haken.
In beiden Bädern ging der Lüfter nicht, im dritten Bad gab es ein Fenster und Ablagen. Toilettenpapierhalter die Ihre Funktion erfüllen gibt es nicht.
Die zur Verfügung stehenden Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nicht gewechselt, so das wir diese selbst gewaschen haben.
Die Wohnzimmercouch war sehr verdreckt, die Frauen haben diese nicht genutzt. Die Liegen am kleinen Pool sind defekt ( gebrochene Unterseiten ) Es gibt keine Biergläser, die anderen, es geht so, Besteck geht auch anders. Um es kurz zu sagen, das Haus ist abgenutzt und der
nette Vermieter "Xisco" sollte einiges erneuern, vielleicht auf diese Bewertung hin.
Positiv: Im Haus fehlt es an nichts ! Der Strand 6 die City 10 Gehminuten !
Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich für einen perfekten Urlaub wünscht: zentrale Lage (nur wenige Minuten zum Sandstrand, den Restaurants und Supermärkten (für die Selbstversorgung beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Das Haus selbst ist top modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und für 6 Personen (wir waren 2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) super ausreichend. Xisco ist extrem gastfreundlich, meldet sich sofort, wenn man etwas benötigt und gibt gute Tipps zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen etc. Auch die Tiefgarage hat den Vorteil, dass das Auto weg von der Straße und Sonne ist. Neben der Einrichtung sind auch noch Luftmatratzen und Sonnenschirme für den Strand vorhanden und können gerne genutzt werden.
Wenn wir mal wieder nach Can Picafort in den Urlaub gehen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Haus von Xisco buchen.
