Duplex of 80 m2 adjoining, garden of 45 m2, located near the provencal village of Valbonne, on the edge of the park Bouillides, between Cannes (15 km / 20 minutes) and Nice (25 km / 30 minutes), 20 minutes from the sea. Antibes (12 km), and 15 km (20 minutes) from Grasse, the world capital of perfume. Highway A8 10 minutes, Antibes TGV station 20 minutes, Nice-Côte d'Azur airport 25 minutes. Sophia bus station 10 minutes walk, to visit the whole department, to San Remo in Italy or go to the airport for € 1.50.

Two double bedrooms and an excellent double sofa bed in the living room.

It is located near the typical provencal village of Valbonne, in border of the Sophia Antipolis' Bouillides Park, at 25 mn drive from Nice airport, between Cannes (15 km / 20mn) and Nice (25 km / 30mn), at 20 drive to A8 motorway and the sea in Antibes (12 km), and at 15 km (20 minutes) from Grasse, the world perfume capital. Bus station at 10 'walk to San Remo, Italy, or to Nice airport, for 1,50 €.

It has got 2 bedrooms (double beds) plus a very comfortable double sofa bed in the 30 m2 main room.

This house is our main residency, that we rent occasionally, during scholar holidays. We are not doing any business with it.

What makes this apartment unique

The ideal location : close to the airport, the TGV station and the highway - nearby Nice, Cannes, Grasse and Antibes - ski resorts and the sea. One can ski in the morning and bath in the sea in the afternoon ! All in the natural and quiet environment of the parks of the Bouillides and Valmasque, close to shops and all facilities.

Schönes Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung, perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge,

Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Haushalts- und Küchengeräten ist sehr gut. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz (Reisezeit August). In 3 Kilometern Entfernung gab es einen größeren Casino-Supermarkt und eine fußläufig erreichbare Bäckerei.

Wifi, Hifi und TV funktionierten einwandfrei.

Valbonne ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge nach Grasse, Cannes, Antibes, Nizza sowie vielen kleineren Orten in der Umgebung und natürlich das Mittelmeer.

Der kleine, schöne Garten war allerdings aufgrund der vielen Moskitos nicht nutzbar. Wir waren froh, dass wir Moskitonetze dabei hatten, um das Hausinnere zu schützen.

Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Augrund unserer Vorkehrungen verbrachten wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub.

Duplex dans la nature

Pris en charge par les propriétaires soucieux de notre bien-être, notre séjour c’est bien déroulé et nous les en remercions.

Comme indiquer sur le descriptif, nous avons été agréablement surpris de voir que ce duplex correspond tout à fait à l’idée que l’on s’en était fait au moment du choix. Le jardin est bien exposé plein sud, et on peut profiter dès le matin d’un petit-déjeuner ensoleillé.

L’appartement bien équipé permet de passer un séjour très agréable. Sa situation face au parc de Brouillide, incite à une promenade à pied à l’ombre des arbres pour se rafraichir, mais il est aussi pourvu d’installations sportives pour les adeptes. En cherchant bien on peut découvrir des petits commerces accessibles à pied qui permettent de subvenir aux besoins du quotidien.
