The home sits on a beautiful point with breathtaking views of Grand Lake. Huge deck with gas grill. The home is equipped to accommodate up to 14 people. This home has one king bed & 2 full beds in a spacious Master Bedroom and 1 queen bed in each of the other Bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. It has 3 bathrooms. Top Notch!

The location was perfect for my cousins bachelorette party! We had 11 family and friends staying to celebrate and we had the best time! The house was beyond perfect! Great views, clean, and nicely updated!

Fall Weekend

We had great fun fishing off the boat-docks and banks. The kids caught many perch, sunfish and a few crappie. The house is remarkably spacious, and the boat docks are very nice. The ability to rent a tritoon boat right at the property is a great plus, especially in the summer. For us, the weather didn't cooperate. We had unusually high 40mph winds and a cold front and drizzling rain which, of course, affected our experience. The house was not as well stocked as needed, and we had a few maintenance glitches. I communicated those to Tracy, and she will correct that. I would look forward to renting this lake house again, especially in the summer.
