Beautiful Apartment Situated On The Popular Zeniamar Urbanisation.

2 bedroomed (sleeps up to maximum of 6 persons with Sofa bed), ground floor apartment, situated on the beautiful Zeniamar urbanisation Fase 9, apartment has it's own private garden situated on the inside of a gated community for added security, English, Spanish, Scandinavian TV channels, WIFI internet, Electricity, water, Air conditioning all included in the weekly rental price. This urbanisation has a beautiful pool and garden area with a Jacuzzi available by the pool area during the hot summer months. Children can play safely on this urbanisation as it is on the inside of a gated community, the property benefits from a large gas barbecue and also sunbeds which can be taken by the pool area if you wish (but please be sure to bring them back each day), there is a utility room separate to the kitchen with a washing machine for your convenience, there are 2 family bathrooms for convenience when larger families stay.

This property is a truly beautiful well furnished apartment where any family who stays here will have a lovely holiday.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing holiday.

Our only comment would be that it is more suitable for a family, 2 adults 2 children, rather than all Adults.

The Pool was lovely and very quiet with a relaxing Jacuzzi being a wonderful bonus!

The patio area does get a bit noisy during the day from the traffic running directly past it but not enough to ruin your stay as you should be at the beach or enjoying the lovely pool.

The managers were helpful and friendly and on hand to answer questions and offer advice.

I would recommend it to friends who want a relaxing break.

Excellent apartment on superb urbanisation

As a family of 4 (2 boys aged 8 & 10) we had a fantastic week in this excellently furnished apartment. The apartment was plenty big enough for us with the bonus of 2 bathrooms. The highlight was the outside space especially the dining table. A 30 second walk from the front door leads to a fantastic pool. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos. It was very quiet and relaxing around the pool which has shallow parts ideal for non swimmers and deep sections for more competent swimmers to use. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and also 2 large supermarkets. To get to the beach I would recommend the use of a car especially as the owners leave the use of beach equipment.

Finally, the onsite support of Karen and Bruce was first class. They met us within 2 minutes of arriving, gave us a tour of the apartment but most importantly they immediately supported us and organised a solution with a minor problem with the electricity. This support is priceless when you are in a foreign country! If we return to this area in the future we will certainly consider this apartment again. Unfortunately, it is already booked up for the dates we want in 2017!

Winter holiday

Beautiful apartment. Nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Local bars, supermarkets and beaches all within walking distance.

Arrangements for collection and drop off at airport all went smoothly.

Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice holiday

fantastic apartment,fantastic pool, great location

We are a family with two teenage children and the apartment gave us all the space we needed. The apartment was very clean and decor was to a high standard! The garden area was huge ,giving us the flexibility of sunbathing in the garden area or around the fantastic pool area . We had a wonderful holiday, the apartment had a big part to play in this! So much so we have booked again for next year!

Excellent apartment

Just returned from a 2 week holiday with my husband and three kids, all had a great time. Kids enjoyed having a big space outside in the garden to play and the swimming pool was excellent, a very welcome relief in the heat. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Wifi also available. Short walk to a few bars and restaurants but plenty available all over the area. Definitely worth exploring. Hope to return sometime in the future.

Fantastic getaway in the winter sun.

My partner and I stayed at this wonderful apt for six months,it had everything we required for a very homely stay over the winter months,all credit to Karen for looking out for us ,making us feel welcome in a fantastic area, loads of choice for bars and eating places. Would definitely return again in the near future.

This apartment on Zenia mar is a beautiful self-catering, family holiday accommodation, ground floor with own private garden inside a gated community, sleep maximum of 6, in Playa Flamenca, a fantastic quiet town in sunny Costa Blanca. Restaurants, Spanish tapas bars, shops, street markets,are all nearby. There is a choice of 3 local sandy beaches nearby.There is something for everyone here: water theme parks, go-karting for the children. On the Urbanisation there is an area for children to play. Here you will find the shared pools. This is an ideal location for the golfers, there are 3 challenging courses surrounding the area.Both Airports Murcia/Alicante are a short distance with cheap flight operators.The costas boast 300 days of sun per year on average! The sea is warm and blue and the beaches are clean. Torrevieja is the nearest bustling town(8-10mins car ride) for those who wish to trip the light fantastic and burn the midnight oil. Taxi ranks, supermarcado`s, bus stops to hand. Sun and fun for all ages and tastes. A great base for scuba diving groups. Enjoy!

Bars/Restaurants: Situated within walking distance to the apartment are numerous Commercial Centres, the nearest being Zeniamar Commercial Centre with a Grill House, Irish Bar & Cafe, just a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction is the Citrus Centre where there are numerous bars, also a supermarket, very cheap meals and drinks (Sunday lunch is just 5 euros - booking advisable), Chinese Wok Buffet (all you can eat), Rani's Indian Restaurant to name but a few, some of the bars in this centre have free Wi-fi access. Down from there is the busy Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, this has 3 or 4 floors of bars with both entertainment and karaoke most nights during high season, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and much more. Towards the Punta Prima beach are numerous bars/restaurants, if you want traditional Spanish, visit Patio Andaluz, free flamenco dancing show on Thursday and Sunday nights - booking advisable. Also in this area is McDonald's, again with Free Wi-Fi access.

Aquopolis Water Park & Go-Karting/Paintballing: Aquopolis Water Park: The City of Torrevieja hosts one of the Aquopolis Water Parks. Aquopolis is a great fun day out for all the family. The park has a large choice of water rides and slides, opening June - September, closed during the winter months. With bars and restaurants as well, you are sure to want to spend a full day at Aquopolis. For more information, and images of the park, visit their website (Spanish only). 10 - 15 mins drive from the apartment. Go-Karting & Paint balling is available for all ages, situated on the N332 just after Punta Prima and next to the Carrefour Supermarket.

Safari & Theme Park: Rio Safari Elche: Only fifteen minutes drive from Torrevieja is Rio Safari Elche. If you like animals, this park is for you. Take a train ride around the park to see all the animals, beautiful gardens and palm trees. Visit the reptile house and the bird house, and let the children feed the goats. With go-karts, a swimming pool, a water slide and much more, Rio Safari Elche is sure to keep you entertained for hours - 20 - 30 mins drive from the apartment. Terra Mitica Theme Park: For those who know how to enjoy themselves! Split into five regions, Rome, Greece, Egypt, Iberia and The Islands, the park has a host of rides, shows, shops and restaurants which are sure to thrill and entertain. Get the adrenaline racing - visit their website for more information (1 1/2 hours drive from the apartment).
