Beautiful apartment, decorated and furnished with love and care to ensure your stay is truly wonderful.

There are 4 bedrooms, comprising of a master suite with sea view, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, a double with en suite, and two bedrooms with twin beds, and a large family bathroom. Each room is spacious, inviting and comfortable, with ceiling fan and a/c.

The open dining, kitchen and lounge area has double aspect patio doors leading on to a private balcony overlooking the pool shared with the few other occupants in the building and of course breathtaking views of the sea. The marble-topped kitchen is fully-equipped with hob, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer and laundry facilities.

The apartment has cable TV and DVD player, wifi access and sound system.

The breeze from the sea is wonderfully refreshing and we find that with the patio doors open, and maybe a fan on, the apartment stays delightfully cool, with the sound of the waves making you feel truly in paradise (also mercifully free of biting insects!).

There is a small, secluded beach a short walk from Rosalie, as well as Miami beach (possibly one of the islands' best beaches on the south coast) a 3 minute drive to the west, and Atlantic shores to surf from.

We include Meet & Greet, a twice weekly maid service and our friendly manager is available to help with enquiries or advice by phone or email.

Christchurch is brilliantly located for exploring Barbados, with an excellent road network to nearby Oistins, St Lawrence Gap and further afield to capital city Bridgetown, St James and Barbados' own cricket ground - Kensington Oval.

We have had a wonderful time in Barbados, and our stay at Rosalie #3 made it even more special. What a very nice apartment with a fantastic view. We felt right at home and wouldn't stay anywhere else when we come back.

Beautiful Beach Front Apartment with Amazing Views!!

My husband and I stayed at Rosalie 3 apartment for nine weeks in Jan/Feb 2017. Prior to this we have been to Barbados almost every year for the past 20 years . The apartment layout is great with the living room and master bedroom opening up to a very large balcony over looking the ocean. The apartment is clean and bright and the constant breeze is beautiful. We used the air conditioning once and realized it was not necessary. The pool area is really nice, the views are spectacular, the property management is good and maid service is friendly and helpful. Best beach bar in Barbados (Surfers Café) is a 5 minute walk with the best happy hour. The area in Atlantic Shores is quiet and very safe. A car is recommended however you could get by on bicycles and use of local buses. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Rosalie 3. We have already booked for 2018!

Lovely property in a great location

Spent a week here in September, really big apartment, very clean with a great pool and parking.

Sheer excellence!

What a fantastic stay! There isn't a thing I could fault. Excellent communication throughout the booking process and during our stay Jean was on hand on whatsapp for any questions we might have. The apartment is true to pictures and clean. The location is great, super close to oistins and Miami Beach. I would suggest hiring a car for ease of getting around the island however. Thank you very much Ann-Marie & Jean for such a delightful stay, we wish we didn't have to leave!

Great Stay

This was our second stay at Rosalie. The whole experience was smooth sailing, from booking with Anne-Marie to arrival and departure in Barbados. Jean and Lisa were always on hand to offer assistance, and answer any queries that we had.

Stunning Views, Amazing Property!

My family and I went to Barbados on vacation and stayed at Rosalie Apt 3. Upon my first communications with Anne-Marie, I knew I had made the right choice by picking this apartment to rent. She was very friendly and prompt in responding to any questions or requests that we had. The pictures definitely do not do the apartment justice! From the moment you walk in, you are met with a stunning ocean view that seems to provide instant peace and tranquility! The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped. It had all the essential amenities you needed to make you feel right at home. It was in a quiet location, but only a short 10 minute drive to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Jean, the property manager was an extremely friendly, wonderful host and made sure that all of our needs were met and that we had a terrific stay. We will definitely go back again!

Spacious with spectacular views

Winston and Maria met us at the airport even after our flight was delayed. They led us to the apartment, gave us a tour, and then were gracious enough to show us to the grocery store. The apartment was extremely spacious and well kept. We had everything we needed and more. The apartment is located close to several beautiful beaches and restaurants. Bridgetown is only a short drive west. From the living room and master bedroom were spectacular ocean views. You are literally on the shore! There is a pool and hot tub for you to use. The apartment has its own parking space and is extremely well furnished. The owner was so kind and called us midweek just to see how things were going. You couldn't ask for more! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Car: recommended

This is a quiet location but within walking distance to a local Surfers bar and restaurant popular for turtle-gazing, and 10 minutes from Oistins where you will find shops, a supermarket and the famous Oistins fish-fry. St Lawrence Gap is 15 minutes away where there are night clubs, bars and restaurants.
