4 Beds, 3 Baths Spacious Ocean Front Luxury, Large Balcony Overlooking Sea

Beautiful apartment, decorated and furnished with love and care to ensure your stay is truly wonderful.

There are 4 bedrooms, comprising of a master suite with sea view, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, a double with en suite, and two bedrooms with twin beds, and a large family bathroom. Each room is spacious, inviting and comfortable, with ceiling fan and a/c.

The open dining, kitchen and lounge area has double aspect patio doors leading on to a private balcony overlooking the pool shared with the few other occupants in the building and of course breathtaking views of the sea. The marble-topped kitchen is fully-equipped with hob, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer and laundry facilities.

The apartment has cable TV and DVD player, wifi access and sound system.

The breeze from the sea is wonderfully refreshing and we find that with the patio doors open, and maybe a fan on, the apartment stays delightfully cool, with the sound of the waves making you feel truly in paradise (also mercifully free of biting insects!).

There is a small, secluded beach a short walk from Rosalie, as well as Miami beach (possibly one of the islands' best beaches on the south coast) a 3 minute drive to the west, and Atlantic shores to surf from.

We include Meet & Greet, a twice weekly maid service and our friendly manager is available to help with enquiries or advice by phone or email.

We have had a wonderful time in Barbados, and our stay at Rosalie #3 made it even more special. What a very nice apartment with a fantastic view. We felt right at home and wouldn't stay anywhere else when we come back.

Beautiful Beach Front Apartment with Amazing Views!!

My husband and I stayed at Rosalie 3 apartment for nine weeks in Jan/Feb 2017. Prior to this we have been to Barbados almost every year for the past 20 years . The apartment layout is great with the living room and master bedroom opening up to a very large balcony over looking the ocean. The apartment is clean and bright and the constant breeze is beautiful. We used the air conditioning once and realized it was not necessary. The pool area is really nice, the views are spectacular, the property management is good and maid service is friendly and helpful. Best beach bar in Barbados (Surfers Café) is a 5 minute walk with the best happy hour. The area in Atlantic Shores is quiet and very safe. A car is recommended however you could get by on bicycles and use of local buses. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Rosalie 3. We have already booked for 2018!

Beautiful apt. right in the beach...amazing stay!

Our stay to Barbados at Rosalie was outstanding! The apt. mgr. Jean is a sweetheart! She met us at the airport, checked us into the apartment & then showed us to the grocery market & other key points we'd need to know to enjoy our stay. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated & we enjoyed hanging out on the huge balcony to eat, have coffee and just watch the ocean. There is so much space (4 bedrooms!) and having a washer/dryer and a full equipped gourmet kitchen was an absolute gem. Rosalie is only short two minute drive to enterprise beach & 5 min. drive to Oistin's fish fry (we went there almost every day). This place is truly five stars & highly recommended!

Great stay at Rosalie

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Rosalie #3 apartment! It was much too big for just the two of us, and would have been better suited to a bigger group, but it worked well all the same. The deck and the view of the ocean was great, we enjoyed watching the kites each morning while having breakfast on the desk.

The place was well appointed with everything we needed for the stay, the rooms had AC, the kitchen was well stocked and there was a comfortable living room with a TV (that we didnt use once!).

As for location it was okay as long as you have a rental car. You can walk to surfers beach bar, which has some food and a great happy hour, but that is about it within walking distance. Its a short drive to Oistins where you can find a supermarket and the great fish fry's friday night, and every night.

It is also about 15 min drive to St Lawrence Gap, which has lots of restaurants and night life, we found it nice to be out of the action a bit! The neighbourhood was nice and we felt safe, we went for runs after dark and early in the morning and were met with waves and smiles from other out doing the same.

This apartment is also quite close to some of the best south surf on the island! Something I wish I had known before coming and I would have brought my own board!

I would come back without hesitation and would recommend the place for your vacation given you are comfortable with some driving!

Perfect Apartment in Barbados

This is our 3rd trip to Barbados and 2nd in this area. The apartment is extremely well equipped and has loads of space, especially for two people. It is situated in a quiet residential area directly on the waterfront and provides spectacular views out to sea. The noise of the waves and breeze is constant, which I loved, but some may struggle while sleeping in the master bedroom at the front, although a bedroom at the rear can be used, which is very quiet. A hire car would be useful to make the most of the stay. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others. Jean, who manages the apartment, was kind and helpful throughout. Loved it!

Car: recommended

This is a quiet location but within walking distance to a local Surfers bar and restaurant popular for turtle-gazing, and 10 minutes from Oistins where you will find shops, a supermarket and the famous Oistins fish-fry. St Lawrence Gap is 15 minutes away where there are night clubs, bars and restaurants.
