Quiet country spot 7.5 miles from OSU campus and right off the Cimarron Turnpike. 11 miles from Karsten Creek Golf Club. Pergola covered patio provides a beautiful setting to relax while overlooking a pond and a 23 acre watershed reservoir. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower. Wireless internet and an above ground tornado shelter for peace of mind. Full kitchen stocked with the basic cookware and dinnerware . Owners lived in this apartment built into a steel shop building while the house was being built on the property. This is a great place to get away from town and enjoy small gatherings but not the place if you're looking to party hardy as the owners live onsite.

The views are absolutely stunning The owner is very welcoming Kitchen is nicely stocked. Which gives you the option to cook your meals instead of eating out‼️‼️ Next time we are in town, this will be the place to stay‼️

Vaca to Stillwater

We had an amazing time in Stillwater! PJs place was the icing on the cake. Practical and cozy stay for a small family. Super close to town and so serene. Cannot wait to go back for another Midsouth Gravel race in the future and stay at PJs place! PJ went above and beyond by shipping us some forgotten items at no extra cost. Amazing hospitality!

Great for short or long stay!

Quiet, clean, nice, peaceful. We came for our son's graduation from OSU and wish we'd found this gem years ago. During summer storms there is the ability to have car kept safe and a private storm shelter adjacent to the room. Highly recommend!
