It is in one of the pyramids with gentle curves of the district of the Couchant that you will settle down.
The apartment was renovated in 2015. It is very bright thanks to its double exposure South and Southwest, and its very large windows.

You can have breakfast at sunrise in the loggia, open on the calm of the park and its pine species ...

The picture windows slide easily for a lunch or dinner in the sun, or, on the contrary, in the shade of the blinds!

Appartement calme et original.

Situé dans une résidence un peu en retrait de la zone plage et commerces donc au calme. Cependant l’accès aux activités se fait à pied en 5 minutes. L'équipement est complet, fonctionnel et bien agencé. La plage toute proche est immense et permet à la fois la baignade et de très grandes promenades. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, sans aucun souci.

Bel appartement

Bel appartement bien situé. Proche de la mer et restaurants. Les anciens locataires n'avaient pas fait correctement le ménage.... Manque l'option ménage.
