About the property

40 km from Seville in the heart of a Olives property with panoramic views

Situated 49 km east of Seville (capital of Andalusia), halfway between the villages 'white' Marchena and Puebla de Cazalla, Hacienda el Lobo is a haven of peace in the midst of a property of 9 hectares of olive groves, some of which are centuries old. Ideally located for visiting the heart of Andalusia, Hacienda is 45 minutes from the center of Seville, Cordoba 1h20, 1h45 and 1h30 from Malaga Granada. The pool, the panoramic view overlooking a leafy greenery olive trees.

The house is spacious, more than 400m2 built with two beautiful patios, one inside and one outside at the bottom of the pool. Much of the house is quite old and offers guests in summer, shelter freshness with its thick walls. It presents as a square and is built around a central patio. Depending on the time of day, the sun turns the patio and offers changing shadows.

The living area consists of a lovely dining room that communicates directly with the kitchen, spacious, well equipped with a fireplace. A very large living room with a large fireplace, will be ideal to enjoy the freshness of the house. The property has 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second two single beds. Beautifully decorated and very bright, windows overlooking the patio, they both share a bathroom with bathtub. The third double bedroom has its entrance from the dining room and has a bathroom with bathtub.

The patio is perfect for dining on a large sheltered table under a large porch. An aperitif corner you also reserved for an aperitif with tapas and enjoy the pleasures of idleness. The patio fully respects the Andalusian tradition with his ground carefully paved with small stones, beautiful wooden doors and large central grid. Fuchsia pink bougainvillea contrast with light beige stone and white walls and offer a typical Andalusian charm of southern Spain.

The outdoor patio, very nice with many palm trees and holiday atmosphere, communicates with the pool which was the scene of friendly and relaxing evenings.

The house and its surroundings were decorated with great care and attention to detail.

It is possible to organize receptions and invite many friends, the property is suitable for this kind of event. We can organize a customized reception: estimate on request.

La maison est extrêmement agréable, très spacieuse, renovée et aménagée avec gout, très bien équipée. Si vous aimez les commodités modernes et le charme de l'ancien vous y serez très bien ! Piscine et patios très agréables

Située en pleine campagne (voiture nécessaire), au calme tout en étant proche du village et à une heure de Séville (autoroute gratuite), elle permet d'allier le calme et la rapidité d'accès aux villes et villages à visiter.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Typique, authentique et spacieuse hacienda

Cette authentique hacienda, entourée d'oliviers, vous permettra de séjourner en famille ou petit groupe au beau milieu de la campagne andalouse.

La maison est très ancienne mais rénovée de fond en comble avec goût. Les installations, conformes à la description, vous procureront tout le confort dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour reposant.

La propriété est isolée mais très bien surveillée et sécurisée. Celle-ci est située entre les villes de Séville et de Cordoue et il est commode de s'y rendre pour des citytrips.

merveilleuse Hacienda pour séjour en famille

Au bout d'un chemin bordé de champs d'oliviers apparaît cette très belle Hacienda où nous sommes accueillis par un gardien adorable. la maison est grande et très joliment décorée. beaucoup de détails nous ont enchantés. très beau patio dans lequel les repas peuvent être pris au frais. très belle piscine où les enfants se sont régalés.

l'hacienda est entourée de champs d'oliviers ce qui procure un calme absolu.

vraiment un merveilleux séjour.
