Wonderful home!

We had a small college reunion in Boulder after 25 years and that house was perfect. Great location to walk to The Hill or Pearl Street. Very cool decorations and wonderful beds. We hope to come back again!

Wonderful location

Can walk to town through a pretty neighborhood. This lovely home is comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We loved to hang out on the front porch swing.

Wonderful Stay for a Work Conference

My group stayed at this property to attend a conference and it was an ideal set up for us. The house is comfortable, clean, incredibly well stocked, and has great character. We chose to stay in for breakfast as we loved the outdoor spaces and beautiful setting - much more relaxing than a hotel. I did not receive check in instructions from VRBO but I think this was a glitch on their end. I got an email titled "the keys to your vacation rental await," but when I opened it there were no instructions included. Laura was accessible and helpful and instantly helped us gain access to the property once we arrived. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay again for business or pleasure. Thank you!

Great house just as advertised

Stayed for a weekend with some college friends and the house was just as pictured. We didn't cook, though the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. House is about a 15-minute walk to Pearl Street, and maybe a 10-minute walk to a little coffee shop.

A charming stream runs through the front yard from the spring through the fall!
Comfortable and unique spaces to enjoy inside and out. Soak upstairs in the deep bath tub with frosted glass wall and skylight. Play a tune on the baby grand piano. Enjoy everything from a quick snack to a feast in the well stocked kitchen.
