This was our first experience of AirBnb - and I don't think it could've been any better. Carlos was responsive and attentive, but not in the slightest bit intrusive - and the apartment itself is fabulous. Well equipped, and in a great location; it's a great place to relax, or to use as a base for exploring Palma.

Very nice flat. Perfect location.

We stayed five days and enjoyed every minute. The beautiful view and the possibility of visiting Palma without car. Everything in walking distance. We will come back for sure! All in the flat is perfect. Host very friendly and helpful.

Super Lage und Aussicht, schlechte Ausstattung

Wir hatten die Wohnung für eine Woche über Weihnachten/ Silvester gemietet.

Die Lage und die Aussicht von beiden Terrassen sind phantastisch.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und SAT- Fernsehen und WLAN funktionieren sehr gut.

Leider lässt die Ausstattung der Wohnung zu wünschen übrig und ist ziemlich lieblos. Die Wohnung war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Überall auf den Böden waren Staub und Haare.

Geschirr ist zu wenig vorhanden. Der Esstisch ist ein halb kaputter Gartentisch für 2 Personen. In der Küche gibt es nur kaltes Wasser, was zum Abspülen nicht geeignet ist. Die Lampen funktionieren nur teilweise, der Fön garnicht und, und, und.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Jeder Schritt im Treppenhaus und aus den Nachbarwohnungen ist hörbar.

Das obere Schlafzimmer ist ohne Tür und somit kann man vom Wohnbereich unten alles hören.

Die Wohnung ist nur für Leute, die gut zu Fuß sind geeignet, da man sehr viele, sehr steile Stufen in einem sehr schmalen Treppenhaus hochsteigen muss.

Owner's Response: hallo wir einen neuen Esstisch gekauft der Fön ist neu wir glauben, dass der Boden war sehr sauber, in jedem Fall, wenn der Kunde fragt uns der Reinigung völlig frei machen wir, bat CARMEN nichts gesagt, während des Aufenthaltes, würde ich sofort gelöst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, in einer tollen Gegend, mit 2 Terrassen mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf dynamische und tatkräftige Menschen.
