La maison et la propriété sont très belles. La maison est vaste et confortable pour 12 personnes. Le propriétaire est accueillant et très aimable. Cependant l'entretien de la piscine est déplorable. Les plages sont descellées et affaissées. Elles sont complètement à refaire avec des enfoncements de 30 cm. Le propriétaire nous a dit que la sécheresse de ce printemps en est la cause et que les travaux seront faits en octobre. (Mais de quelle année?). Contrairement aux photos fournies sur le site, il n'y a pas de bâche de fermeture. Par une semaine de canicule, l'eau a commencé à devenir trouble le mercredi. Dès le lendemain 1,50 mètres de visibilité max. 1ère intervention seulement vendredi après-midi. A notre départ pas d'amélioration.

Waren als grosse Freundesgruppe in dort für 10 Tage. Philippe (Vermieter) ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Hat alles gepasst, alles funktioniert und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Emplacement idéal : au calme e à 1 km du supermarché et à 5 minutes à pied du très beau village de Castelnau. Super piscine ,séjour et cuisine bien équipés.

Bel emplacement

Dommage que certains équipements soient manquants ,vétustes ou tout simplement pas remplacés (hotte,congélateur, fermetures des fenêtres et volets...ect) Des dalles qui se soulèvent autour de la piscine, manque un éclairage sur la terrasse. L'emplacement, le calme et le joli village de Castelnau Montratier ont fait que nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.
