This modern villa is an excellent retreat & an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town with easy access to beaches and bars and has excellent sea & countryside views.

Can Vic Roca is fresh and welcoming and will appeal to everyone - groups of friends, couples and families and has 4 large bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) & 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors that can comfortably sleep up to 8 persons. The villa has a large fitted kitchen with all mod cons, a lounge/diner with TV & stereo system that opens on to a large shaded terrace that is perfect for sunset cocktails and 'al-fresco' dining. The swimming pool has sun beds to to catch the rays and take in the fantastic views. Complimentary WIFI is included free of charge to all our guests.

Can Vic Roca is a fantastic place to get away from it all and relax yet is only a stone's throw from San Antonio and local beaches.

Fantastic Villa & Location

Everything was perfect about this villa. Gabriel made everything very easy. The location is great but highly recommend hiring a car due to the steep hill walk back to the villa from San Antoni, although a taxi from the harbour front is only €8 and that’s in the early hours of the morning too! The villa has everything you need though from a lovely bbq area to a chilled outdoor seating area. All the bedrooms have air con and very fresh and clean. You get given plenty of fresh towels to last you all week as well. The pool and sunbathing area is great and you get plenty of shaded areas too. It also has sea views and a great sunset view from the balcony. As well as a fresh lemon tree. Overall the only fault we had was there was a lot of little insects that kept biting us so we had to use fly repellent. We believed these came from the olive tree in the garden. We would definitely return next year, if possible.

Excellent stay! Large, clean and good location!

We had a fabulous two-week stay at this villa. First, we want to thank Gabriel, who looked after us and ensured we had all we needed for our stay. We only needed him twice in the two weeks. Once, he swiftly dealt with a damaged kettle and replaced it within 30 mins and a second, when someone came to the villa to say his AirPods were at our location!! My husband initially tried to deal with him as he wanted to come to the villa to look, but we said no!) and contacted Gabriel for help, who arrived quickly and dealt with it. What drama! We thought it might have been a scam, but maybe not, as he called the police. Gabriel liaised with them and escorted the police outside the villa - no problem to us (and no AirPods found!). It is well-equipped and has just about anything you would need (except a tall mirror :) ) The pool area is lovely; the BBQ is well built and easy to use with a beautiful big table. On arrival, everything was spotless and organised, and his family came midweek to clean and take care of the villa. All bedrooms had air conditioning & they were largely well equipped with plenty of storage (except the downstairs twin which had a large desk with drawers - could do with a wardrobe?) The best sea view is the top balcony - we took some chairs up there so we could watch the sunset (opportunity for more furniture to make best use of it). There is a road fairly nearby so some road noise but this didn't affect us. Overall a great stay!

What a find!!

Can't thank Martin and Gabriel enough for our stay at this incredible villa just far out of San an to be comfortable, but not far enough that it's not accessible for the restaurants, beaches and clubs. Our flight arrived early in the day and they were able to get us the keys to the villa around midday so we didn't have to spend the first day lugging our bags around. The temperature was hot and we were very impressed with the Aircon in all the bedrooms! The swimming pool area is beautiful and you even get a bit of a sea view! There are lemon trees right outside so you can have fresh lemons to cook with or put in your drinks. The kitchen area is incredibly well stocked and we didn't find ourselves needing anything extra. There's a washing machine to be used if you need it, and the dishwasher helped a lot. The BBQ area was amazing and the table was so big it easily fit all 8 of us comfortably with all our food. A hire car is recommended just so you can have easier access but it's not essential as you can walk down to San Antonio easy enough and get a taxi back (cost is about €9). We can't wait to come back again next year!!

Excellent villa with great amenities

This villa is beautiful. Great pool and bbq area and lovely inside. Perfect for families and friends wanting to hang out. Gabriel the owner is great and was so helpful offering us tips on where to eat etc. The villa was so great we were loath to leave! the villa is in a fairly remote area so lovely and quiet. There is a beach nearby about 20 minutes walk and Sant Antonio is about 25 minutes…this is a hot walk in the sun but down hill. Would totally return…we were sad to leave.

Amazing Ibiza stay

Thank you Martin and Gabriel for an amazing holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Great accomodation (so well equiped); spacious, spotless and comfortable. We didn't want to leave the pool and barbequed on more that one occasion. Excellent location, far enough from town to be quiet and relaxing, but restaurants, night life and beaches within walking distance. Gabriel couldn't have been more helpful or approachable. He was always at the end of the phone or there in person to help out or answer any questions. He deserves a medal for first class service. Our best Ibiza holiday ever and we can't wait to book this fabulous villa again.
