60M2 Modern apartment on the first floor of a small building directly on the beautiful beach of GRAND CASE with exceptional sea view 180 degrees on ANGUILLA and CREOLE ROCK.

Flag Beach is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob.

The dining area has an impregnable sea view, the living room is well appointed with a corner sofa and a pullout sofa bed, the chamber is equipped with a 160 bed the bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a double basin.

It also has TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a safe.

This property is ideally located on the beach, very close to all commodities and activities (golf, casinos etc.) but also in the heart of beautiful downtown GRAND CASE with its lively nightlife, restaurants and shops.

St Marten get away

Property was nice being on the ocean and beach. On a busy road and the road noise was loud at times. Ambulance and scooters galore!! We had to move the mattress into the living room. We tried to watch TV but didn't know how to work it (3 different remotes)and was not shown. We asked about bike rentals but got no response. Good restaurants however and we always felt safe. Very little room on the sidewalks and difficult to walk with fast traffic. Somewhat clean but could have been cleaner. The bath room ceiling was stained I believe from the unit above but was very unsightly. Lotarie Farm was close by which was a treat. We enjoyed the zip line and mountain hike up Paradis Peak. The restaurant there was very good also.

The view and the food are worth the trip from anywhere!

We stayed here in January 2016 and enjoyed one of the most relaxing Caribbean vacations ever! The apartment is on the second floor and the wide open wall facing the water lets in light, breezes and the sound of the surf but sets you away from the foot traffic on the beach -- ideal! The best part is the fact that you can walk down the beach to the Grand Case "restaurant row" where some great meals await! Try Le Pressoir and La Tastevin for the best seaside meal you have ever enjoyed. Suzon (the owner) is easy to work with and was very helpful when 30" of snow delayed our departure from the Northeast US. Here's a couple of tips -- try to arrive in the daylight hours because the place is a little hard to find in the dark. The bedroom faces the road, but there are darkening curtains that keep out the lights. The French bakery is just north of the apartment on the right hand side -- takes about five minutes to get there but is worth the walk while the coffee is brewing! Appliances top-notch, wifi connection perfect -- a great spot for two people to escape the winter.

Steps from Paradise!

What an amazing place to stay. The property manager greeted us on time and was lovely. We really enjoyed the views and the proximity to the beach - each morning we would open the doors to the ocean and paradise would begin. Listen, no matter where you stay, you cannot go wrong in Grand Case. If you do decide to stay here a couple of small suggestions: the master bed is rather hard, we would suggest putting a washer / dryer in the room or find a place to wash your towels, and book a small car if you're staying here (parking not easy). You're about a 15 minute walk to all of the action which is no problem if you're older however caution with small children. Now some treats: there's a golf cart that you can book taking you to the town center (great if you have really young kinds). Go to Spiga and Le Tastevin (two of our favorite restaurants!) and visit the Butterfly Farm if you have children. For the price, this place is too hard to beat. Thank you owners for a wonderful week in paradise!

Bilocale in discrete condizioni,la cucina quasi nuova il micronde non funziona.

Ottimo soggiorno,vista sul mare splendida,clima ideale (fine aprile),ambiente tranquillo e poco rumoroso.La spiaggia e il mare sono perfetti. La cassaforte non era funzionante.E consigliabile affittare un'auto per poter girare agevolmente nell'isola e fare acquisti nel supermercato di Marigot(SuperHu).
