The apartment is on the top floor of the popular Puerto Estepona apartments. It has great views directly out to sea and a large roof top garden, which is equipped for relaxation in the sun. There are two swimming pools, communal landscaped gardens and easy secure parking for a saloon car (something, which is near impossible to find during peak season)! The flat comprises of an air conditioned lounge/dining room with British television, Radio/CD and DVD player (with a selection of films). Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. One of the most common remarks we get from guests is 'how well equipped the apartment is'. The balcony has table with 4 chairs and comfy loungers. The twin bedroom has a bathroom opposite whilst the double room is en-suite. The roof top garden is exclusive to the apartment. It is equipped with sun loungers, a variety of plants, dining area and gas barbecue. This is accessed via external steps from the apartment.

Apartment clean and well equipped
Very pleased with the apartment but very disappointed that we where unable to use the rooftop ( which sold the apartment to us) as it was covered in seagull droppings . I feel that the rooftop should have been cleaned before we arrived or at least cleaned after we expressed our disapproval. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned we had to clean the sun loungers before we could lay on them but Martin did pay for a midweek clean as an apology. Not being able to use the rooftop ruined it for us as it was very hot on the balcony. Loved Estepona but I’m sure I could have got a cheaper apartment without a rooftop. So all in all we feel misled into paying for something that wasn’t usable.
Great apartment but mind the seagulls!
Apartment was great. However, we could not use the sun terrace as the seagulls were nesting nearby and were constantly attacked and crapped on. Dissapointing that this was not clear in the advert. Furthermore, the pool side was being re-grouted for 5 of the 7 days we were there. Great! Another point that wasn't in the description. I paid a premium for a pool and a huge sun terrace and didn't enjoy either. Beware!
Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Nice harbour views. Quiet with easy access to beach, bars & restaurants. Ideal location.

JULY 2011 AMAZING
This apartment is in an amazing location right near to the port which has lots of fantastic bars and restaurants.
Upon our arrival we met Martin who was very helpful and showed us around the apartment and informed us of the places to eat and drink etc.
The apartment was very clean and relatively modern. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our weeks stay.
The view from the balcony is exceptional and it is very relaxing watching the boats come and go from the port. This was equal to the roof terrace which was great for sun bathing and chilling out in total privacy, the cold shower was welcomed as the weather was lovely. The roof terrace also has a BBQ which was a geat plus point and has a dining area as well.
I would recommend this apartment as it very close to the port but is also within ten minute walk to the old town. Both areas have plenty of bars and restaurants which are of a high quality.
We certainly plan to return and would highly recommend using Martin and his company 'Time in spain' as he also sorted our airport transfers which just like the rest of our stay were excellent.
We are always pleased to get great reviews of our apartment and our services.

Stayed here in March 2011. The Apartment was spot on - clean, reasonably well equipped, in a good location and the roof garden was an absolute bonus to make the most of the warm & sunny weather that we got whilst there.
Estapona was a bit quiet at this time of year, but Reinaldo's just round the corner in the port was always lively with a mix of locals and expats - and had a happy hour between 6 & 8pm!. The beaches are easy to get to (5 min walk) and there seemed to be a wide choice of restaurants in the port - although they weren't very busy during our stay, so we headed to the old town centre instead (a pleasant 15/20 minute walk along the seafront).
Martin and Alex were really helpful and made booking and getting to the apartment really easy, overall an enjoyable break in the spanish sun.

Frontline in Estepona Port close to facilities. The Port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holiday makers when visiting Estepona. This is because most things are on your door step so it cuts down on your need to drive everywhere. The port offers shops (including a supermarket), restaurants, bars, night life and one of the best beaches in Estepona - all within easy reach of the apartment without the need to cross any busy main roads. For those wishing to explore, there are many places to visit throughout Andalucia. There are also many golf courses nearby.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or conditions. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
