This is one of two units that share a spacious 1 and 1/2 acre backyard. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1600 sq. Feet. This townhome gives you a country feel with big city access. You can sit outside around the fire pit and cook on the grill while listening to the water fountain. Great views and amenities. Look straight up the mountain to see Rock City. Plenty of parking, even if you have trailers. This rental has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, two king size beds, one full size bed, one hide-a-bed , three flat screen televisions and internet. The kitchen, living room with hide-a-bed are located downstairs. the three bedrooms are located upstairs.

You will love this property

Our stay was amazing. We rented both units for family as we were attending a wedding. They were clean and spacious. Felt like home and the location was perfect. The owners, Frank and Janet, are so very nice and wecloming. You won't regret booking this amazing property. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing home!

Spent 4 nights here and it was amazing! The house is beautiful and has everything you would need! Frank & Janet were super nice and great hosts. The house is in a perfect location super close to stores, great food, Lookout mountain, Rock City, Point Park, Incline Railway, Ruby Falls and so much more! If we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again.

Everything we needed

Home was super clean and well furnished. Ideally located close to Chickamauga battlefield, Rock City, hiking trails, and still near town for wife to do shopping and nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay at updated home

6 adults stayed here for a local reunion. Frank was great to communicate with us before and at arrival. The home was nice, updated and very convenient to area sites. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Home near Lookout Mountain

This was the perfect place to stay in the Chattanooga area. Close enough to everything, yet felt like we were out in the country with all the space and the beautiful backyard view of Lookout Mountain. The backyard was amazing with tons of room for relaxing and for the kids to play. The house was very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. For great restaurants, be sure to get some good BBQ at Purple Daisy’s Picnic Cafe and delicious pizza at Mr. T’s Pizza just down the road. The kids loved Clumpie’s Ice Cream, and The Mad Priest was a great local spot for good coffee, with delicious donuts at Koch’s Bakery next door. We loved our stay in the Chattanooga area, and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!
