This apartment is ideal for a family with children, with direct access to the beach, located 30 m away, from the garden and lower floors. The attic enjoys views of the sea and mountain.
The apartments are located in the famous Pine Walk neighbourhood, well known for its quiet atmosphere, its beach, perfect for children, and its crystal clear, shallow waters.
The town centre, 2 km away, can be reached with a pleasant walk along the seaside, where there are restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, athletic facilities and financial services.
Clean, functional apartment; very well positioned some 50 m from beach. Enclosed garden to the front which catches the sun. Excellent arrangements on arrival and departure and rapid response to a minor issue we had with a lock. Would return and would happily recommend.
We spent 10 days here in June.The apartment is very big with excellent facilities including a large private garden and a nice communal pool.
There is an underground car park and also plenty of street parking in front of the apartment.
Alex met us at the property and showed us round. He left us some fruit, milk, water and a bottle of champagne which was a really nice touch.
The property is only a few steps from the end of the pine walk and is approx a 25 minute walk into the centre but what a walk along the pine walk, just stunning. The nearest shop and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.
There was no wifi when we stayed as it was being upgraded but other than that we would highly recommend the apartment and will definitely be booking again on our next visit Puerto Pollensa.
2 km fromthe town centre, the property can be reached from the famous Pine Walk seaside path.
Visiting the small traditional markets in on Wednesdays in Puerto Pollença and on Sundays in Pollença.
