5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Villa with Sea View, Air Con, WiFi, SAT TV, near Golf

Aquarius is a modern luxury villa located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Cala Moragues, Puerto Andratx, in Mallorca`s desirable south-west.

Accessed via a quiet driveway with a two car capacity garage beside the house, Aquarius` front entrance is a simple yet elegant gateway into your fantastic holiday villa.

Entering through the front door, three of Aquarius` bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and lead off from a bright and airy vestibule. Entering through the main door, to your left is a an independent bathroom and the master bedroom with sea views, a furnished private terrace, en suite bathroom with a bath, walk in shower and double vanities; as if that wasn`t enough there is also a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a BOSE iPod dock, a corner sofa and Ottoman, and even a walk in wardrobe!

The other two bedrooms on this floor are a twin bedroom with a satellite TV and BOSE dock, and another double bedroom once again with a satellite TV and sound system, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Both of course having gorgeous sea views.

Also on this level is a guest bedroom with independent access from the entrance`s interior courtyard - it has a double bed, en suite bathroom and a built in wardrobe behind the door to the bedroom, as well as sea views. It also has access to the pool terrace via a staircase at the side of the house.

Take the stairway down to the ground floor and you`ll find Aquarius` enormous living space which has plenty of French doors that can be opened to afford a seamless indoor/outdoor environment.

At the bottom of the stairway to your left Aquarius has a private bodega stocked by the owners which guests are welcome to help themselves to** instead of a trip to the shops! There is also a "snug" with sofas, Xbox ONE (games not provided), DVD player and flatscreen TV.

Opposite the bodega is the large kitchen/dining room - the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and mod cons (induction hobb, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher...), making cooking a breeze when taking a break from Puerto Andratx`s great restaurants. A large hardwood dining table with dim-able overhead lighting provides the perfect environment for a evening meal and drinks that could last long into the night, and should you prefer something more al fresco, there is an equally large dining table under a veranda just outside.

Behind the kitchen there is a small utility room with a washing machine and drier, and a back terrace which can also be accessed via stairs from the front entrance`s courtyard.

Heading through the small hallway you enter into Aquarius` beautiful living room, which takes classic Mallorcan design elements like the traditional stone walls and wooden beams, and matches them with a luxurious finish - two large corner sofas provide more than enough space for all guests in front of the huge flatscreen TV, which has BOSE surround sound speakers.

At the opposite end of the room from the kitchen, there is another bedroom reached through a long hallway; on the left of this passage are both a walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom; the bedroom has direct access to the terrace and pool, and share the same beautiful views as the rest of the villa.

The large terrace is north-west facing and has excellent afternoon sun; alongside the aforementioned outdoor dining area it also has outdoor lounge furniture beneath the veranda, as well as a large barbecue grill and outdoor kitchen space.

The real gem of this terrace is its swimming pool! Steps allow for easy access to the pool which runs along the edge of the terrace, and has spectacular views out to sea. There are six sun loungers and a large day-bed with shades and curtains that provide the perfect way to laze in the sun!

Aquarius is a leisurely fifteen minute walk from the Club de Vela (Puerto Andratx`s yatch club) and a twenty minute walk to the Marina with its trendy restaurants and shops; the walk does involve a hill or two meaning in might be unsuitable for older guests. There is also a supermarket just down the road from the yacht club.

* the pool is heatable in this property for an additional 300 EUR a week.

Fantastic contemporary villa with great pool

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay at Villa Vista. A beautiful contemporary, clean villa in a private residential area 10 mins drive from Pollensa. All 4 bedrooms have modern en suite bathrooms and the villa has floor to ceiling sliding doors in every room to give a lovely open, spacious feel. The views from the pool and bedrooms are stunning. All of us (including 3 children) loved the pool, which is spotless and a great size. The owner and property manager were both extremely helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend Villa Vista.

Belle Villa mais prestation agence décevante

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la maison très agréable, au calme et joliment décorée. Néanmoins, nous trouvons que l'agence aurait pu prévoir un temps de présentation (wifi, Tv, lumières ....), compte tenu des spécificités de la villa.

Nous avons regretté également que l'agence n'aie pas pris l'initiative d'un dédommagement à titre commercial lorsque nous nous sommes retrouvés 24h sans eau.....à 7, sous 35 degrés....
