Fantastic 3-bedroom air-conditioned apartment at renowned 5-Star Oliva Nova Golf course, Costa Blanca.

This secured complex was built by German constructor 'CHG' who constructed the Oliva Nova Golf course golf course itself. The apartment is therefore very practically located for Golfers. 9 holes will cost you around €34.

The apartment offers all mod cons for a hassle free family holiday including your own sun loungers, & parasol that can be taken to the pool and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private terrace area for al fresco dining.

Inside the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 in total. There are 2 single beds in each room that can be pushed together to make doubles. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. There is an additional family bathroom with a shower cubical.

There are 2 shared pools: an attractive flower shaped pool and a small curvy pool for little children. Landscaped, shared gardens surround the pool and complex for the residents to enjoy.

The Oliva Nova Golf course has a tennis court and a restaurant.

The blue flag beach, L’Aigua Morta, is just 700 metres away with calm waters where you can hire parasols and sunbeds. The wonderful beaches of Oliva stretch for 7 kilometres.

There is a new and really good Italian restaurant in the Centro Comercial – 200 meters from the property called “La Trattoria” – you can find it on Facebook under “latrattoriaolivanova”.

The main bars and restaurants are 400 metres away. And in the old town (5 kms away) you can wander around the historical streets which welcome various 'fiestas' throughout the year - take a break here for sampling the great tapas, enjoying a drink of two and generally just relaxing. Each Friday there is a market with fresh, local produce.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, hat uns gut gefallen.

Es war alles da was man braucht. Wir waren im Februar da, da war nicht viel los. Wir waren alleine in der Anlage. Man hat einen Pool dabei. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
