The 'Paseo de Gracia E' apartment is located right on this gorgeous and wealthiest avenue in Barcelona centre. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the center core of the city), the Gothic Quarter, El Borne and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment (3-5 minutes walking).
The apartment itself is a high quality rental, equipped with designer pieces and top end appliances.
It offers 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, a huge wardrobe, a sight board cupboard and mirror as well as an en suite bathroom with sink, WC and bathtub/ shower. The second bedroom offers 1 single bed plus a second single bed in form of a pull out bed, a desk with chair and a big cupboard. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a single bed and a cupboard. The second bathroom with sink, WC and spacious walk in shower is accessible from the hallway. The living room of this apartment offers a sofa for 3 persons and 2 salon chairs as well as a big Plasma TV and a DVD/ Blu Ray player. From the living room as well as form one of the single bedrooms one has access to the gallery with its 20sqm window front. In the gallery there is a glass dining table with 6 white leather chairs (2 additional chairs are available in the apartment), a lounge chair perfectly suited for kicking back and chilling-out or reading plus a sofa bed which could be used by a 6th person (or 2 children). Also from the gallery as well as from the master bed room the guests can step out to the balcony which faces the back of the building. Due to its orientation this apartment is absolutely quiet; no street noise.
The large and modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are new and top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.
This apartment (Paseo de Gracia E), we rent out since September 2013. Before, this apartment has been renovated to a high standard and all furniture and appliances have been bought new in August 2013. The buildings community is quiet (mostly elderly people) and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

Our stay in Barcelona was an incredible experience, and all thanks to Marcel and his beautiful apartment! So clean and beautifully taken care of and such an amazing location! Marcel will tell you all there is to know, and the spots you must go see. We had an amazing paella dining experience in one of the restaurants Marcel recommended (Escribá), Don't look anywhere else this is the best stay for the price...
This was my first visit to this wonderful city and this apartment was the icing on the cake. The location is so convenient being the top spot of the city center. The apartment was just spotless and well equipped with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Please follow Marcel's recommendations about where you should visit and where to eat, she is so helpful and welcoming. There is not one single thing to criticise, you can truly believe all the great reviews this place has had.
Three of us had a lovely break in this well furnished apartment. Marcel met us and his advice on everything from operating the espresso machine to eating places and supermarkets got our break of to a great start. Its central location cannot be over emphasised , only a block away from Placa Catalunya but as it is on the back of the beautiful building it is unbelievably quiet and restful after a day walking in the city. Looking forward to another visit when we can find out some more about this wonderful city.
We stayed in this apartment from May 29th to June 1st. Everything was super. Check in was smooth, the person met us at the apartment and explained everything, took the time to tell us where there were supermarkets, how to get to out tours that we had booked etc. Marcel was very easy to get a hold of for anything we needed. They arranged airport transport for the day we checked out. The apartment is within walking distance to most things.
Next time we are in Barcelona we will book thru Marcel again. I would highly recommend this apartment.
We had a lovely stay in the apartment. As all the reviews say it is so centrally situated. It is so peaceful and quiet given how central the location. Everything was exactly as described and the photos lived up to all expectations. It is obviously well maintained, spotless and Marcel couldn't have been more helpful. The information on the restaurants were great and the recommendations were really appreciated. We would never have found them on our own. Thoroughly recommend Orio in the old quarter and Escriba at the Marina. Thank you Marcel - I really hope we can come back soon!
What a wonderful apartment. From the beginning, what a pleasure emailing Marcel. He was very responsive with all my questions and made reserving this apartment a pleasure. The concierge in the building was so kind, friendly and helpful. We arrived early as we had to disembark from our ship by 9am and our apartment was ready for us to immediately check in. Andrea was very kind and so organized with our check in and provided us with maps and recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores.The apartment is beautiful. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids ages 12, 15 and 17 and everyone was very comfortable with plenty of room. The free wifi was fast and efficient and there was even some DVD's for the kids to watch. There was a library with tourist books to help plan our stay in Barcelona. This apartment is in the heart of Barcelona. There are buses just outside our door and metros as well. This apartment is walking distance to everything which was great! We love walking and experiencing the city, we walked to Sagrada Familia, The Old City and even Montjuic. I highly recommend this apartment! You will not be disappointed. They booked our taxi for us to leave at 4:30am and the driver was waiting for us right outside our building. The management company was always responsive and helpful with everything. It was a pleasure dealing with them and the apartment was perfect! There is a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of nice dishes and glasses etc... You will not be disappointed with this apartment! Just book it!!

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia E apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...
Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.
