3-bedroom house with bathroom, shower room and stunning sea view

Overlooking the Bay of Agay, this 180 m² South-exposed villa is facing the sea. You will be amazed by the dominating 180° view from the shore of Cannes to Saint-Tropez and Cap Camarat. It is a permanent spectacle in front of you. The sunrises and sunsets create undefinable colours on the sea and create a dreamlike atmosphere. Behind you, there are the red rocks of the Esterel Massif with colours that are also charming. There is a double infinity pool with Jetstream, 2 bedrooms, a living space, a kitchen with sea view and a bedroom on the garden side. All bedrooms have direct access to the 1200 m² fenced garden. The fully fitted kitchen opens onto a large living space with huge window bays opening onto the pool and the sea. The living space has 3 sofas including 1 sofa-bed, a television, a hi-fi system and Internet.

Our animal friends are welcome. The parking area can accommodate 6 cars and can be transformed into boules ground. There is a gas barbecue.

About Lhomet

Former company managers, we are in love with the Bay of Agay for more than 30 years. Now retired, we enjoy this house several months per year.

Our house is at your disposal as when we live in it. Cupboards are open, Pastis is also at your disposal, but do not forget to stock up the cupboards before leaving.

This house became a holiday house where we received children and grandchildren to enjoy the wonderful views we never get tired of. The Côte d’Azur is already renowned and we also fully enjoy this region to have strolls, go bike riding or explore the hinterland. The sun is an asset and we can devote ourselves to relaxation and rest.

What makes this villa unique

The views are wonderful and it is a single-storey house with sleeping and living areas. The terraces are huge and you can isolate yourself. What is more pleasant that eating breakfast or dinner under the royal palm?

60 km from Marineland Park in Antibes, the Côte d’Azur is at your feet. If you go to the East, you will reach Cannes via the red porphyry cliff which offers an unforgettable trip and the Esterel Massif is just waiting to seduce you. If you continue, you will reach Antibes, its fort and Marineland, then Nice, Menton and its lemons and Monaco.

To the East, do not miss the Port du Poussai then stroll in Cap Dramont, Saint-Raphael (15 minutes) and Santa Lucia Port, restaurants, casino, old port and Fréjus with its arenas and amusement park. If you continue, you will go along the Massif des Maures to end in Sainte-Maxime and then Saint-Tropez.

For golf lovers, courses are 10 minutes away including the Golf de Valescure created in 1895 and surrounded by stone pines which is the oldest course in the Var department and the 5th in France.
