About this property

Small house near the sea - 70m²

Old caretaker's house transformed into a cottage for 4 people, located 350 m from the beach, in the city center close to shops, market and restaurants.
On the ground floor: A large living room with on one side a sitting area with sofa, flat screen TV and on the other the fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, grill -bread, hob and vacuum cleaner. A washing machine is available outside the house.

Upstairs 2 small bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and another with 2 80x200 beds. A bathroom with bath, wc, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Large cupboards and a small storage space on the landing.

Linen is provided: sheets, duvet cover, hand towels, table napkins, tea towel.

The whole house is equipped with WIFI.

Ideal house for a family with 2 children.

Non-smoking house, animal friends are not allowed.

The garden is shared with the villa, provision of deckchairs and table for meals.

Un très beau gîte

Au coeur de Villers, dans un espace magnifique. A 100 mètres des commerces et 300 mètres de la plage. Propriétaire adorable. Un très bon séjour dans une adorable maison de vacances.
