Our condo is professionally cleaned & disinfected after each visit. The cleaners have been trained in the best techniques from the GMAC (Global Bio-risk Advisory Council).

Beautiful one bedroom condo on the beach. Enjoy delicious ocean breezes and panoramic views from your private 5th floor balcony (top floor). Two full beds in bedroom and a sleeper sofa combine to accommodate 4. One and one-half baths, a complete kitchen with everything you need, washer and dryer, and a reserved parking spot. Excellent condition, great location on the northern end of the beach, enjoy quiet solitude while still being within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and attractions. The perfect Ocean City hideaway!

Wonderful getaway

Bub's Bungalow was a terrific find in North Ocean City. Situated right at the beach, the place was nicely appointed and joyously decorated. It had every amenity we could want and was within easy walking distance of groceries and restaurants. A minor hiccup: the place had not been cleaned when we arrived: this was not a big deal, as a simple phone call brought a crew to straighten up in about a half hour. I mention this not to complain but to underscore the lengths everyone was willing to go to make our stay perfect. Little stuff happens: what matters is how quickly and generously the little stuff gets addressed. A wonderful place with a great feel and very welcoming owners.

Fabulous Condo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated property! It was in a great location, has a gorgeous view, and was equipped with everything we needed. The beds and furniture are comfortable, and the property is in excellent condition. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We definitely intend to return in the future!

We just purchased our dream place on the beach. We've stayed in this building for years and have loved the location. We had been planning on buying a unit in this building when one opened up and we could afford it. When my father passed, we decided to invest our inheritance into something that we could enjoy, and would give joy to others. When we found out a 5th floor unit had just come on the market, we decided it was meant to be ours.

Why they chose this property

We like the north end of the beach. When we want the boardwalk, it's a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. But it gets quiet at night - when all we want to hear as we doze off is the gentle sound of breaking waves...
After each stay, your home away from home is professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines. No lobby, direct access from your own parking spot to the elevator to the 5th floor unit.

What makes this property unique

Nothing like a private balcony on the beach. And the 5th floor of a low rise building is perfect - high enough to have an unobstructed view - top floor so no one is stomping around over your head, but not such a high rise that you feel unsafe.
