It offers five superb room of 100 sq.m on the second floor (there is a lift leading directly to the apartment) that can accommodate 8 people. It is ideally located in Avoriaz, District of the cliffs, ski-in/ski-out. It is just a few steps away from a roofed parking space and the shops.

Kouria is an apartment complex offering high quality finishing.

The apartment boasts 4 suites with double beds, one bathroom, 3 shower rooms, LED TV, and private terraces.

You will enjoy a wonderful stay with a fireplace, a 48' TV, a corner sofa, a large dining room (for 8 people), and a fully fitted open plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.)

These wonderful 5 rooms of 100 sq.m offer two additional terraces (in the living room and SAM), facing the South and with a amazing view of the Morzine valley.

The apartment complex offer many high quality fixtures and fittings such as an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and hammam.

The apartment is also equipped with a ski locker, located on the ground floor of the building, where you will also find a shoe dryer.

Beds will be made upon arrival, and bathroom linens will be provided. Final cleaning is included.

Undeniably, its the altitude (for winter snow), the activities in all seasons (skiing, mountain biking, golfing, tennis, swimming in the pool, etc.), but also the fact that the station is only pedestrian (privileged means of transport, sledge).

5 Stars! Memories for a lifetime!

We traveled with a group of 7 (including 3 and 5 year old girls) and everyone agreed that it was one of the most memorable vacations any of us have ever had. The apartment is spectacular and believe it or not, the pictures do not do the views justice. The layout is perfect with top notch fixtures, all the conveniences you would need, and a supermarket - in case you happen to be missing anything - 2 minutes from the front of the building. We used the pool and steam room on several occasions, which was wonderful. Not to mention, with a little bit of speed and knowledge of the village / lifts we turned the apartment into a true ski in / ski out destination, wearing our skis to and from the front door of the ski locker area. We are already talking about our next trip to Avoriaz and hope that this unit is available if we return. 5 Stars all the way, with a fantastic and responsive owner! If the apartment is in your budget, don't think twice ... it's a must stay! Happy skiing!

A beautiful, modern apartment.

Six of us had the most fabulous stay in this gorgeous place. It is beautifully fitted out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is so spacious and luxurious with its four bedroom suites and vast living area. We had a chef visit us every day and he created wonderful food in the fully equipped kitchen while we lazed around by the log fire watching the big tv.

The position in Avoriaz is perfect and the views stunning. What a bonus to have a lovely pool and hot tub as well!

This place is head and shoulders above any other rental accommodation I have come across in the French Alps. Book it and enjoy!

Truly fabulous apartment

Beautiful view and close to the slopes

We were a family of six adults and two children, and we loved the astonishing view over the mountains and the slopes. There is plenty of room and the interior design is actually very Scandinavian. There is everything you need: four bedrooms, four private baths, cozy sitting area, nice kitchen, and the ground floor have a fantastic swimming pool and spa and a heated ski storage, so the boots are warm and dry for the next day's skiing on the slopes. We are seriously considering booking next year's ski same place already. The place gets our warmest recommendations.
