Private entrance off the spacious 60' deck with breathtaking views of the lake & mountains. We're nestled in a gorgeous wooded area with a tree-house feel! We live in the upper level of the house but always give our guests complete privacy!

REC CENTER / CLUBHOUSE ACCESS:
- Complimentary access to Lake Junaluska pool & rec area. Playground, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard & putt-putt golf. Paddle boards, canoes, kayaks & tennis racquets may be rented at Lake Junaluska Rec hut. Water sport amenities available Memorial Day - Labor Day.

We live year-round upstairs on the first level of the house and are available by phone 24-7. We give our guests complete privacy, but are available to help with recommendations and/or directions if you need us!

Year-round golf, tennis, fishing (NC fishing license required) and walking/biking on the 3.8 mile paved path around the lake. Seasonal pool, paddle board & kayak rentals, mini golf, and shuffleboard. PET POLICY:
- 2 pet limit per reservation - 70 pound weight limit per dog
- $75 non-refundable pet fee
- Rentals exceeding 13 nights, the pet fee is assessed per dog
- Dogs MUST be fully housebroken
- Declawed cats welcome
CLEANING FEE:
-Cleaning Fee $75. For stays of 21 nts or more, a mid-stay cleaning required
