The penthouse apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a residential complex just 100 meters away from the famous blue flag arenal sandy beach , surrounded by bars , restaurants , beach bars , shops , markets and much much more,
This ultra modern and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has just been totally renovated in January of 2014 . We have really opened this apartment right up creating a lot more space and light and making full use of of the beautiful mountains views. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has a large open plan living space with dinning area and open kitchen , the apartment comes with lots of storage space. Fully equipped with electronic blinds throughout and air conditioning.
We have just took share in the communal pool allowing that all our guests are well catered for and looked after in the best way possible ensuring that every day of there holiday it truly enjoyed. We have just Added a great Beach Area to the pool area , we have constructed a 200sqm man made beach area overlooking the
pool. Not just extending the area and allowing more sun beds but bringing a whole new side to the already brand new pool bar and restaurant. All our guest will be privately waited on by staff for all there daily needs allowing them to lie back relax and make the most of this supper modern complex. The bar area is equipped with seperate bar area which has 5 different televisions for sports. There are Daily Menus , A La Cart Menus , Breakfasts with English , Continental and Mediterranean , Happy Hour , BBQS , Chiringuito Bar , Swim Up Bar , 4 Tennis
Courts , 3 Paddle Courts and with 3 different rooms for children entertainment , Yoga and other Leisurely Activities . The Pool area is just 100 meters from the beach but gives a whole different side to the holiday catering for everything in 1 place. All our guests can enjoy complimentary drink on arrival.
The flat is only five minutes walk from Arenal beach with all it's restaurants, and a reasonable walk to chiringuitos on the waterfront towards the old port.
The flat is modern and stylish with comfortable beds and there is secure off street parking.
A really good holiday
The apartment was really well appointed and very comfortable. Th decoration is not only very tasteful but is also well maintained. After the usual 'where is everything kept' feeling we settled in really well. A few more instructions would help there though (how to work the washing machine, where's the nearest ATM, taxi number ... that sort of thing). Having said that, Lesley was incredibly helpful and efficient so it wasn't really a problem when we needed something. . Being on the 3rd floor, lugging shopping would be a challenge for the less able. Security of the apartment block and the appartment itself was first rate. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return.
The property was very good, clean and had everything you needed. Would not hesitate to go back to this property
We could not stay in our preferred choice as the boiler was broken and as it was a holiday weekend it could not be fixed until the Tuesday. We were moved to a town house which was newly refurbished and looked great however we had booked 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which this did not have. The second bedroom was filled with 2 sets of bunk beds making it feel very claustrophobic. The original flat we wanted gave the impression a pool was on site - this was misleading
Spotlessly clean, everything you could wish for, home from home, very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, the owners Chris and Lesley can't do enough for you to make your stay extra special, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning
The property was unbelievable, very modern, clean and spacious everything you would want this apartment has, fully equipped kitchen and has a very homely feel. Couldn't fault anything and will defiantly be returning soon. Would recommend for anyone to stay here and you will be garenteed a excellent stay, friendly staff makes the stay even better. In walking distance from beach which has a range of bars and restraunts we're you are garenteed excellent food. Thanks for everything xx

Access to Javea is excellent, being centrally situated between Alicante Airport (90km) and Valencia airport (105km). Junctions 62 and 63 of the A7 motorway, which runs just a few kilometres from the coast, both connect to Javea. In addition to the motorway connection, the more leisurely coastal route.
The climate is clement throughout the year, being mild in the winter (12 degrees on average in January) and pleasantly hot in the summer (26 degrees on average in July). There are more recorded hours of sunshine in Javea than in any other place in Spain. Indeed the World Health Organization has designated Javea as one of the healthiest climates in the world.
Golf: Golf: We have many golf clubs on the Costa Blanca. Club de Golf Javea, course 9 holes is only 1 mile away and then there is La Sella 18 holes only 5 miles, with the Marriott Hotel with Beauty salons and Gymnasium. Club de Golf Ifach 9 holes in Moraira. Club Oliva is a new development 20 miles away. There are many more in Alicante and Valencia which are only 1 hour drive away. We can send brochures of the clubs if you require. Payments by Bank transfer or Paypal are accepted.

It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 4.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
The apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and access is only by the staircase.
